Evaluation Of New Babaisan Decoction Of Paper Film According To The Effect Of Pigmentation Left After Acne

Objective:Through prospective randomized controlled trial (RCT), to observe the effect of The Eight White Powder treating hyperpigmentation after Acne, to provide the prove for the treatment in hyperpigmentation after Acne.Methods:This study adopts random grouping method, will be incorporated into the standard 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group. Treatment group using The Eight White Powder mask apply facial 10-15 minutes (3 times a week,4 weeks a course of treatment). Control group using saline mask apply facial 10-15 minutes(3 times a week, 4 weeks a course of treatment). Before and after the treatment, through the scoers of skin lesion and the time of hyperpigmentation fade, all the patients were evaluated to prove that it is effective to cure the hyperpigmentation after Acne.Results:1.Baseline results:Age, gender, disease process, the control group and experimental group of two groups of subjects before this course through its skin damage score indicators were compared, through statistical analysis, no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05), two groups of baseline Qi, comparable.2. Comparing before and after the treatment between the two groups:the scores of skin lesions before treatment,14 days after treatment and 28 days after treatment score improve, which was significantly different (P<0.05). It showed that the hyperpigmentation after Acne can be naturally faded. By using The Eight White Powder mask, the scores of skin lesions was lower than control group. And the 14 days to 28 days after treatment were obvious.3. The comparison among the two groups is carried out. The scores of skin lesions:After treatment,the decrease of the scores of skin lesions was statistically different (P<0.05), and it showed that the treatment group was superior to the other group. The time of hyperpigmentation faded, the treatment group and control group were statistically different(P<0.05).4. After the end of treatment, the treatment group cure 0 cases reached the standard, effective 4 cases, effective 20 cases, invalid 6 cases, markedly effective rate was 13.3%, total effective rate was 80.0%. The control group had no one cases were cured,1 cases markedly with, to achieve effective 6 cases, invalid 23 cases, markedly effective rate was 3.3%, total effective rate was 23.3%. It showed there was significant difference between the treatment group and control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Using The Eight White Powder mask improve the symptom of skin lesion, which was better than the control group. And there was no side-effect and patient’s compliance.2. hyperpigmentation after Acne can be naturally faded. By using The Eight White Powder mask, the scores of skin lesion were lower than control group. And the 14 days to 28 days after treatment was obvious.3. In terms of the scores of skin lesions, the time of hyperpigmentation faded and the general status, the treatment group and control group were statistically different (P<0.05). But the mechanism of The Eight White Powder mask treating hyperpigmentation after acne still needed more prove.
