| Acne(Acne vulgaris)is a chronic inflammatory skin disease involving the hair follicle and sebaceous gland,good hair in seborrheic areas,belongs to Chinese medicine "lung wind acne"category,can be manifested as lesions of acne,papules,pustules,nodules,cysts and scars.Modern medicine thinks the sebum secretion,acne and androgen,abnormal keratinized pilosebaceous duct,Propionibacterium acnes proliferation and genetic factors Acne is caused by the combined effect of many factors,the course of disease is slow and easy to relapse.In recent years,due to increased mental pressure,environmental pollution,dietary changes and other factors,leading to the incidence of acne increased year by year.Acne not only affects the beauty of patients skin,but also seriously affect the patient’s mental health.Acne occurs in young patients,youth work,learning pressure,often stays up late,eating piquancy Feiganhouwei heat,liver stagnation of liver Qi g injury of spleen,spleen and stomach function,wet phlegm,heat accumulation,committed to lungs,rash.According to Professor Zhang Fengchuan years of clinical experience,combined with their clinical practice,acne treatment from the liver treatment,commonly used Shugan Jianpi method,clinical often selected Xiao Chaihu Decoction based on the addition and subtraction,oral treatment.To further clarify the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Decoction in treating acne vulgaris and stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency,the randomized and controlled method was used to observe the improvement of skin lesions and syndromes in patients with acne,comparison of the efficacy of Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Danshentong Capsules in the treatment of acne vulgaris with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency.Objective to analyze the theoretical basis of treating liver qi deficiency and spleen deficiency type acne vulgaris from liver treatment by adding and reducing small Bupleurum Decoction,so as to deepen the understanding of the disease.Research objective:To observe the curative effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of acne vulgaris with liver depression and spleen deficiency.Research method:Select the Beijing Shijingshan District Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,the year 2014.60 cases of outpatients in the Department of Dermatology,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with oral and small Chaihu Decoction 150 mL/times,2 times/d;the control group received oral Danshentong Capsules 1.0g/times,3 times/d.The 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment were second weeks and 4 weeks after treatment to observe the lesion site,morphology,properties,color,count,systemic symptoms,tongue and pulse changes,and GAGS score of acne.The two groups of patients before and after treatment acne GAGS score and clinical efficacy were compared.Research results:The two groups after 2 weeks of treatment of acne after the GAGS score was improved compared with that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);after 4 weeks of treatment was 2 weeks after the treatment of acne GAGS score improved,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);to improve the process of comparison between groups of acne GAGS score had no significant difference(F=0.019,P=0.892).The cure rate of treatment group 26.7%,control group was 10%,the cure rate of the two group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.3 94,P=0.017).Conclusion:Modified Xiao Chaihu Decoction has good effect on acne vulgaris.It is suitable for mild and moderate acne,liver depression and spleen deficiency.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in improving the skin lesions and syndrome. |
