| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of sun Microsystems decoction in the treatment of acne pixushishengxing,and to the effect of TNF-?and il ?.Methods: 80 patients eligible for inclusion were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with sun Microsystems decoction,and the control group was treated with xiyaogao Adapalene gel.1.treatment group: sun Microsystems decoction ingredients: medicinal indianmulberry root,cistanche,antler,antler,Huang Qi,Huang Qi,Codonopsis pilosula,large-headed atractylodes,12,when,when,when,when,when,when.Usage: once a day,water decoct400 ml of early and later two times.Control group: Adapalene gel,using method: appropriate amount of the patient,once a day,evening.The levels of serum TNF ? and il ? were measured in two groups.The above treatment took 1 week as a course of treatment.Each group was treated for 4 weeks.According to the guiding principles of clinical research of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine(trial),the skin lesions and clinical symptoms of two groups were graded,and the improvement of skin lesions,clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were observed.After 4 weeks of treatment,the overall efficacy was observed,and the patients after the course of treatment were followed up for a three-month follow-up.the patients were observed without recurrence,and the incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions were calculated.To make curative effect evaluation and safety evaluation.The statistical software spss17.0 is used to analyze the data.Results: 1.there was no difference in age and course between the two groups(p > 0.05);2.after treatment,the total clinical efficacy of the treatment group in improving the skin condition was better than the control group(p < 0.01);3.80 cases were selected and 79 cases were completed.After 4 weeks treatment,40 cases were completed,10 cases were cured,20 cases were effective,8 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 95.5 %;The control group completed 40 cases,4cases recovered,16 cases effective,12 cases effective,9cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 75 %.The total efficacy of the two groups after treatment was chi-square test,? 2 = 5.18,p = 0.0228,the total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05),the curative effect was better than the control group.After jingzhi,the total score of the treatment group was 5.12 4.25,the control group was 11.89 5.35,and t test,t =-6.26,p = 0.0000,the total score of the two groups were significantly different(p < 0.05),the curative effect was better than the control group.Before and after treatment,two groups of patients were compared,after paired t test,t test,p treatment = 0.0000,t duizhao =,p for Zhao =,the difference was significant(p < 0.05),showed that treatment group and control group had obvious effect,can significantly improve the condition of patients.There were 33 cases of group,1 recurred.The number of the control group was 12 and the recurrence was 2.The recurrence rate of treatment group and control group was 3.0 % and 16.7 %,respectively.In the course of the test,2 cases(4.9 %),2 cases(5.3 %)patients with mild diarrhea,3 cases(7.3 %),2 cases(5.3 %),mild skin itching,swelling pain symptoms,adverse reactions were mild,and on their own.Conclusion: sun Microsystems resolving lump decoction in the treatment of acne Spleen deficiency can significantly improve the skin lesions of acne patients,its efficacy is better than Adda Parlin gel to treat this type of acne.In conclusion,sun Microsystems resolving lump decoction is safe and effective,less adverse reaction and low recurrence rate,it is worthy of clinical application and reference. |
