The Research On Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship In The Process Of Social Development

Background: with the development of the society, building a harmonious socialist society has become the consensus of the party and the people. As an important part of socialist harmonious society, the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship is beneficial to promote spiritual civilization, to encourage the development of medical and health undertakings, to improve the harmonious doctor-patient relationship theory system, and to build a harmonious socialist society. However, the doctor-patient relationship in China did not keep up with the development of society, since the doctor-patient relationship showed a trend of rising tensions, medical disputes increased obviously, and doctor-patient conflicts seriously affected the construction of a harmonious socialist society.So the doctor-patient relationship in the process of social development is of important theoretical significance and practical significance.Purpose: During the development of a pluralistic society, the doctor-patient relationship is influenced by multiple factors and the doctor-patient conflicts have become increasingly complex. The tensions between doctors and patients have brought negative effects on the harmonious society and therefore attracted extensive concern. Based on the survey and analysis, the research aimed to reveal the cause, development and countermeasure to tensions between doctors and patients. The findings help to build the harmonious doctor-patient relations which will definitely satisfy the needs of people and contribute to the construction of harmonious socialism society and China Dream.Method: A serious of methods are used in the research. The sources of the research come from the literature home and aboard on the doctor-patient relationship. According to the relevant theories, the questionnaire is designed carefully and the sampling survey is conducted accordingly. Then the relevant statistics software is used to deal with the data. The findings are compared to those got by other researchers and therefore the solutions are found.Conclusion: It’s a system engineering coordinated by all sides to solve the doctor-patient relationship in the process of social development research. The countermeasures and suggestions are: hospitals should strengthen medical quality control and ensure medical safety, establish good doctor-patient communication mechanism to enhance the humanized service level of hospitals, and strengthen the construction of hospital culture to enhance the overall quality of the medical staff. Patients should improve scientific and cultural quality to understand disease states, respect the medical staff, exercise rights rightly, enhance the moral consciousness and actively participate in treatment. The government should allocate resources properly so as to increase the medical investment, improve the medical security system to deepen the reform of the health care system, improve the relevant laws and regulations to standardize medical behavior, establish and perfect the third party mediation mechanism and guide public opinion direction through the media.
