Doctor-patient relationship is essentially a human relationsand the most essential attribute of social relations. The construction of a harmoniousdoctor-patient relationship not only to the patient or medical treatment activity itself, bothfor the whole of the construction of the harmonious society is a great significance.Then, I had carried on the questionnaire survey of some representative hospital innanchang. This paper discusses the current situation of the current doctor-patientrelationship and the existing main problems in nanchang. The problem mainlyconcentrated in the lack of trust and effective communication between doctor and patient,and affected by outside bad environment and the disharmony of the doctor-patientrelationship, doctor-patient relationship became worse, and so resulting in a vicious circle.Comprehensive found that main factors that affect the doctor-patient relationship isbetween the relationship of doctors, patients, society and government. Further,putingforward the key three contradictionsthe of the current disharmonious doctor-patientrelationship: the contradiction between the medical commonweal with marketization;thecontradiction between the medical resource allocation imbalance with the people’s basicmedical needs;the contradiction between medical science and technology with thelimitations and people’s high expectations.Finally, on the basis of investigation and theoretical study, the model of harmoniousdoctor-patient relationship was put forward,and the model established based on "quad"relationship, effective communication between doctor and patient is a core part of themodel, strengthening the effective communication of both doctors and patients is themethod of improving the contradiction between each other, society and government is anexternal influencing factors which plays a very important role in the harmonious doctor-patient relationship and cannot be ignored. This paper proposed the main factorsof influencing the harmonious doctor-patient relationship, so relative to a few key pointsneed to improve, respectively is: the patient to communicate effectively with each otherand the improvement of overall ideological and moral quality, medical and health systemand society medical security system, medical market and the behaviour of news media.Propulsion the mode of harmonious doctor-patient relationship depends on informationasymmetry of both doctors try to reduce the dialectic relationship between present situationand the quartet, to lift the model effectively need to pay attention to the continuity and theoverall global model.
