This paper(Study of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship)is divided into two parts,the first part briefly introduces the doctor-patient relationship and harmonious doctor—patient relationship research background and significance,summarized through the summary and analysis of other scholar’ s research results and some deficiencies,expounds the research methods and basic research ideas.The second part is divided into five chapters,the first chapter from the Chinese traditional culture in the thought of "harmonious society" in the western culture,the thought of"armonious society",Marx Engels’ s thought of "harmonious society" and Chinese Marx doctrine of "harmonious society" theory,expounds the theoretical foundation of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.The second chapter introduces the related concepts of harmonious doctor—patient relationship and the significance of harmonious doctor-patient relationship to the construction of harmonious society.The third chapter expounds the current situation of doctor—patient relationship,and analyzes the causes of the current disharmony between doctors and patients from the perspective of doctor-patient relationship,medical institutions and public opinion.The fourth chapter introduces the current domestic and foreign experience to resolve conflicts between doctors and patients and its significance on building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,in the "Japanese model"and "the classification treatment system,the medical insurance system as an example,introduces the method and system to ensure the effective treatment of doctor-patient conflicts;through the introduction of the domestic medical typical contradiction:a one-stop service" Jishuitanmode "," field doctor-patient mediation mode "," family doctor Tianshan model ",to seek the solution to resolve conflicts between doctors and patients,ease the tension of the doctor-patient relationship.The fifth chapter elaborates the construction of the proposed path for the harmonious doctor-patient relationship,this study combined with the status quo analysis that building a harmonious doctor—patient relationship should be carried out from five aspects:the importance of humanistic care,cultivate empathy concept,smooth communication channels,to reshape the doctor-patient trust,the regulatory reform of medical resources and the rational allocation of medical and health undertakings,the correct guidance of public opinion,the correct guidance of patients rights,the construction of hospital culture to create a harmonious atmosphere.Through the use of Marx’s philosophical thinking,fully understand the doctor—patient relationship and the current tension in the doctor-patient relationship,the whole and part of the dialectical relationship between the thought of seeking solutions to the conflicts between doctors and patients,and strive for the construction of dedication modest harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and to enrich the theory of a harmonious society,escort for the construction of socialist modernization.
