Along with the progress of the society, the development of medical science, people’s material,spirit the continuous improvement of living standards, patients in hospital, in addition to the diseaseprognosis level the constantly increasing demand for the oneself in the process in diagnosis and treatmentof diagnosis and treatment scheme, medical expenses, such as informed consent rights consciousness isalso in the unceasing enhancement, at present, how to deal with nervous the doctor-patient relationship inthe hospital and is society to care and discusses problems, this paper by absorbing academia in the basis ofresearch achievements, the selection of the author in the practical work of doctor-patient communicationmet in the case, from the point of view of doctor-patient communication to explore how to timely andeffective resolve doctor-patient conflicts, the author puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures,both doctors guarantee the legitimate interests.The current health exist in the basic contradiction is people more and more high health healthneeds and high level of medical services a serious shortage of supply, the conflict between focuses on thepopulace to see a difficult and high cost. And the doctor-patient relationship nervous, doctor-patientconflicts, and medical disputes, and even doctor-patient conflict, is the embodiment of the contradiction.Although most of the medical institutions are public hospital, but quite a few the normal operation of thehospital, mainly by providing medical service fees charged, this mechanism is the direct consequence ofhospital overemphasis on economic income, and ignore the benefit of the masses. In recent years, whethersocial or health system itself, in improving the doctor-patient relationship contribute actively effort, to\"thepatient as the center\" the service idea gradually formed, improve the medical service quality, improve theservice attitude of many of the concrete measures to carry out specific, the doctor-patient relationship in thegeneral conditions, it should be said that has made a lot of improvement, but the doctor-patient relationshipstill has many not harmonious, the doctor-patient relationship at home and abroad and did a lot of research,foreign research mainly involving the social role theory, the doctor-patient communication theory,information asymmetry theory and the health care system.Domestic scholars from medical ethics, sociology, medical technology, medical information, medical legal system, the medical and public health systems, and other aspects of the doctor-patientrelationship. In-depth study of doctor-patient relationship multiple attribute, from medicine, medicalinsurance, medical related system research stress hospital patient relationship reasons, we are still facedwith long-term task. This paper makes a study of the present situation of Henan city harmoniousdoctor-patient relationship and its influencing factors, and proposes to construct the harmoniousdoctor-patient relationship in the countermeasure and the suggestion, the results of the study of hospitaldevelopment and maintain social stability is of positive significance. In order to further understand thedoctor-patient relationship in the present situation, the Huaihe river in Henan university institute formedical staff and patients of the questionnaire investigation, according to the survey results,(1) the doctor-patient relationship in the current tensions. Medical personnel think of medical ethics and the need of improving\"enhance the medical staffsense of responsibility\", and thinks that the patients need of improving\"save patients spending, reduce themedical expenses\".(3) the doctor-patient communication is not optimistic. Most medical personnel think\"theeducation degree different\" is both doctors communication difficulties caused by the main reason, andmost of the patients is that\"the doctor-patient position different\" is cause doctor-patient communication ofthe main causes of the difficulties. Although most of the medical personnel think strengthen their own senseof responsibility is to improve doctor-patient relationship in the primary path, but the majority of patientswho thinks that reduce the medical expenses is the main way to improve doctor-patient relationship.(4) most medical personnel think media not objective, also go against the construction of theharmonious doctor-patient relationship; Most of the patients think media reported objectively, be helpful forthe construction of the harmonious doctor-patient relationship.In order to, this paper explores the current stress hospital patient relationship reasons, in this paper the factors affecting doctor-patient relationship were summarized, its own factors from the hospital,the patient’s own factors, the government and the media to the factors are analyzed, and finally putsforward some countermeasures to construct the harmonious doctor-patient relationship. First is the hospitalaspects: including (1) strengthen medical quality management to reduce medical negligence;(2)change the health care professional ethics and quality education idea;(3) establish a good doctor-patientcommunication mechanism, eliminating the information not equal;(4)establish a supervision mechanism,strengthen medical ethics standard consciousness;(5) positive for both and humanistic care. Next is thepatients on:(1) to fully understand and respect the medical staff of labor;(2) follow the principle ofmedical insurance, and enhance the understanding consciousness;(3) improve the scientific culturequality, rational view disease state. The last is the government:(1) increase health expenditure, andenhance hospital development vitality;(2)to optimize the allocation of resources, ease, medical treatment,the contradiction between supply and demand;(3) deepening health system reform, strengthen medicalsecurity system construction;(4) to speed up the health legislation, regulating the doctor-patient behavior;(5)actively introduce a third party dispute mediation processing mechanism;(6)standard media guideto public opinion.
