Vulnerability Analysis Of The Culture Of Public Hospitals At The County Level

Objective:Based on vulnerability analysis theory, this thesis analyzes the status quo of public hospitals in the county level, discusses countermeasures to find out the cultural flaws or weak links in public hospitals, and puts forward scientific and effective measures to provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of hospital cultural construction work.Subjects and Methods:The first people’s Hospital of Kunshan as the research object, the 5 dimensions of the two dimensions of the relevant factors of hospital culture vulnerability were designed, and one were randomly assigned to the hospital, the public hospital of the 612 people of the vulnerability assessment survey, a statistical method for the analysis of the cultural vulnerability analysis and countermeasures.Results:The results of the questionnaire survey of 612 public hospitals’ culture are as follows: 1. The respondents considered that the level of public hospital culture is highly vulnerable, from high to low: spiritual culture(32.68) > institutional culture(20.75) > behavioral culture(20.59) > material culture(11.27) > Image Culture(6.86) 2.Public hospitals in all levels of culture in the presence of a high degree of vulnerability in the top three of the relevant factors are: The spiritual and cultural level is not the function of the hospital culture, the education and the staff, the individual value of the staff cannot be realized, the medical humanistic spirit cannot be inherited and carried forward "; Behavior culture layer for the organization of learning and innovation, the team collaboration between medical and health care workers, medical service technology level but hard, in the system of cultural layer for the lack of assessment,reward and punishment mechanism, the law of the protection of medical personnel to protect themselves, the implementation of assessment, supervision is not enough";Material culture layer for the layout of the medical treatment process is lack ofrationality, the hospital environment and comfort is not enough, and the lack of friendly services, the image of the cultural layer of the proposal and the demands of employees are not timely adopted to solve the problem ".3.Different ages, education levels,different positions, different technical titles, different working ages and other factors,the public hospital culture of the vulnerability of the cognitive and assessment are statistically different. 4. The respondents considered that the level of the high vulnerability of public hospital culture is the management level, followed by the clinician and nursing team.5. Hospital safety culture is vulnerable to the system is a medical quality safety system, followed from high to low : the emergency system,safety awareness training system, personnel health and food system, hospital fire safety system, medical waste management system. 15.03 of them consider the high vulnerability of multiple systems. 6. Counties and municipal public hospital culture of social identity, in which the degree of recognition of the highest proportion of the proportion of 40.85, 22.39 think highly of identity, only 6.05 believe that the super high.20.72 of people believe that public hospital culture’s recognition of mild and micro degree.Conclusion:1. The public hospitals in the cultural existence of the vulnerability,must be highly valued. 2. According to the public hospital culture degree of vulnerability, be priorities, targeted, innovative initiatives, be full of continuous improvement. 3. Public hospitals must pay attention to the construction of hospital safety culture, the medical quality and safety are high vulnerability, is the focus of public hospitals, and must take into account the safety culture construction of emergency, safety awareness training, hospital fire safety and so on. 4.Different age levels, educational levels, different positions, different titles and different working years,the public hospital culture fragile of cognition and evaluation has significant difference,the hospital culture must be "people-oriented", concern different group, the implementation of appropriate culture strategy, which play different communities and different positions of culture enthusiasm, to promote the healthy and sustainable development of public hospital culture. 5. The public hospital culture is widelyrecognized, but not yet been highly recognized. County and municipal public hospitals need to enhance the cultural identity of the community, continue to innovate and develop.
