The Research Of The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of TCM Hospital Of TCM Culture Construction In Shang Dong

Objective: TCM hospital is the important place where inherit and innovate TCM culture, meanwhile it is the meaningful place where display and transmit TCM culture. In recent years, Many TCM hospitals respond to national policy to construct TCM culture, although has some TCM hospitals made great achievements, but in the current construction of TCM culture, still come out many problems. This article want to understand the present situation of TCM hospital of TCM culture through to the research of the construction of TCM culture in Shan Dong province in order to find out the existing problems and deficiencies and put forward some rationalization suggestions for improvement. The research aims to promote the construction of TCM hospital of TCM culture.Methods: The research review domestic nearly 10 years of policy and literature which related TCM hospital of TCM culture construction by using the method of literature review; The research acquire qualitative and quantitative data through on-the-spot investigation, expert interview and questionnaire survey; The research analyzes related data through SPSS, statistical methods contains statistical description, chi square test and so on.Results:By comparing the difference and contact between TCM and Hospital culture,The research defines the construction of TCM hospital of TCM culture as the combination of TCM and the modern hospital culture, In other words, TCM hospital of TCM culture construction is a kind of hospital culture construction practice which is the core of TCM culture. Its important content includes construction of spiritual culture, system culture, behavior culture and material culture.5 studied TCM hospitals are respectively from the spiritual culture, system culture, behavior culture and material culture to creating hospital culture construction, meanwhile organizing the related TCM cultural activities. The survey data from 3 investigated hospital reported that More than 80% employees considered cultural heritage of TCM culture is very necessary; More than 70% of the employees can understand the cultural connotation of the core values of TCM culture; 63% of employees feel the leadership attaches great importance to the cultural construction of TCM;65.75% of employees often listen to leader who mentioned culture core value concept of TCM culture; Nearly one year, 73.97% of employees often take part in training activities which related TCM culture core values;71.23% of employees participate in training activities associated with the cultural norms of TCM;65.07% member often participates in academic activities associated with TCM; The number of more than 28 point accounts for 67.81% of the total surveyed employees; Only 39.04% employees think cultural construction of TCM can help in their work;25.34% of the employees think that TCM culture construction can improve interpersonal relationships;49.32% of employees think hospital division is quite reasonable; In addition, the leader of the culture of TCM mentioned degrees, organization to carry out the activities of the core values, code of conduct activities of construction of TCM culture results score is statistically significant.Conclusion:The main conclusion of this study includes following aspects, on the one hand, the execution of the TCM cultural policy requirements is higher; TCM cultural related activities effect is obvious;The employee of recognition of TCM culture higher, on the other hand, TCM culture lack of its own characteristics; the publicity of TCM culture forthcoming; TCM service capability is relatively weak; leadership should attach greater importance to TCM culture; the specific work of TCM culture needs to be improved. Finally, the study puts forward some suggestions, firstly, TCM hospital should reasonably use of resource to create characteristic of TCM culture, secondly, TCM hospital should improve the service level of traditional Chinese medicine through various channels; thirdly, TCM hospital should make TCM propaganda according to different audience; fourthly,TCM hospital should improve the construction of TCM culture from one breakthrough point; fifthly, TCM hospital should organization TCM culture activities regularly.
