Research On Organizational Culture Constructionhos Public Hospitals Based On WeChat Public Platform

This paper analyzes the operation of WeChat public number in Wenzhou People's Hospital,and promotes the rapid development of hospital culture construction with the help of new media tools.The study found that the presence of WeChat public platform of Wenzhou City People's Hospital Organization Culture Construction Based on the problems existed: WeChat public platform of Wenzhou City People's Hospital Organization Culture Construction Based on the problems of the WeChat platform does not express the organizational culture,core values,lack of organizational culture construction content and channel management of organizational culture and organizational culture to improve the external environment the construction of a lack of long-term planning.On the basis of the research put forward to improve the public hospital organizational culture construction path of WeChat public platform based on the above: the use of the WeChat public platform,determine the organizational culture of their roles and status;strengthen the organizational culture construction based on the platform of WeChat public;expand the hospital organizational culture information dissemination way;optimize the organizational culture construction and long-term planning.This paper will use the construction of hospital culture and new media tools-WeChat to carry out in-depth research,in order to give full play to the advantages of WeChat vehicles,and vigorously promote the hospital culture and brand concept,constantly enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.
