Objective:To study the status of oral outpatient clinic patients.Methods:Using cluster survey for clinic patients. Site for dental clinic patients using the "one to one" investigation way, to complete the questionnaire in immediate answer way.Result:Survey of 1296 people, analysis showed that different gender clinic patients general conditions in the profession, different age clinic patients general cultural level and professional status, clinic patients in the general situation of different cultural levels age, family income, and occupation,different professional clinic patients in the general situation was statistically difference between sex,age and culture degree (P<0.01). Survey of 1296 people,Analysis shows that different gender history of dental clinic, dental clinic the patient’s mouth on early appointment and there was no significant difference between medical payment; Dental clinic patients oral history of dental clinic, different age on early appointment seen several teeth and medical payment of sufferings, the biggest worry,purpose and means of transport difference was statistically significant (P< 0.01); Different familv income dental clinic oatients of oral historv of dental clinic. appointment and medical payments have seen several times at the beginning of the tooth, the other oral medical institutions, the biggest concern in clinic, the purpose of the visits, transportation and medical bills difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Different degree of cultural history of dental clinic, dental clinic the patient’s mouth on early appointment pay in clinic and medical purpose and transportation difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Different professional dental clinic patients oral history of dental clinic,appointment and medical payments have seen several times at the beginning of tooth sufferings,the biggest worry,purpose, transportation, medical expenses and payment difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Clinic patient satisfaction between the different age, different gender and different culture degree of oral medical clinic patient satisfaction of medical treatment charge was statistically difference (P<0.01), different income level of oral health clinic patient satisfaction of the medical equipment was statistically difference (P<0.01). Different gender dental clinic investigation of patients with oral health behavior brushed a significant difference (P<0.01); Different age dental clinic patients oral health behavior survey frequency and brushing your teeth brushing time had significant difference (P<0.01); Different income dental clinic patients oral health behavior investigation number of brushing your teeth, brush your teeth in time, whether to choose toothpaste and regular oral cavity have significant difference (P<0.01); Dental clinic patients oral health behavior of different cultural levels of brushing time had significant difference (P<0.01); Different professional dental clinic patients in use in the oral health behavior of toothpaste significant differences (P<0.01).Conclusion:The general cases of the patients could decide the location of the dental clinics’serving the masses. In marketing measures, the measures of raising the number of common customers need to be launched. The patients differ in age, family income, degree of education, occupation, medical history, first visit and return visit, mode of payment and transport. Due to the dental clinic patients’having the lowest degree of satisfaction, we ought to improve the management of medical expense so as to comprehensively upgrade the satisfaction degree of patients. We need to develop the oral health education and improve the patients self health care because the patients haven’t formed the good habit on the oral health care. We should formulate the polices, laws and regulations in the level of administrative management and services. We also need to enhance the sector supervision on dental medical treatment, draft the standard of dental clinics’ charging items and establish the basic development strategies on the dental medical treatment insurance and services. In the level of private dental clinics’ management and services, we will draw up the strategies on the human resource management, quality management and the strategies on the operating management and development on services.
