In recent years,Chinese private dental industry has developed rapidly.Especially after the reform and opening up policy,it has quickly solved the loopholes in the public dental industry as well as effectively solved the problem of ‘difficult dental treatment’for Chinese.However,due to the problem of historical concept,industry supervision,market planning and regulation mechanism,Chinese private dental medical institutions have encountered great difficulties in the developing process and are facing severe competition and challenges.Therefore,the way to overcome these difficulties and take the initiative in competition through the formulation and implementation of marketing strategy in private dental medical institutions is an urgent research topic.Up to now,BY Dental Clinic has been in operation for seven years.It started as a private dental clinic,but now has developed into a well-known local chain of dental care industry.At present,the market share of BY dental clinic is as high as 25%.Its own technical achievement is quite wonderful,and a large number of advanced equipment have been imported and widely used,which makes it be the most famous dental medicine industry in that region.Although BY stomatological industry wins high reputation in the local area and occupies high market share,Chinese economy and technology develop in such a high speed,which makes the stomatological industry develop more and more quickly and rapidly occupy the market.It actually leads BY stomatological industry to compete with more and more competitors and face new challenges.At the same time,the treatment mode in public hospital is updated day by day,which makes BY dental industry have been seriously impacted.Therefore,BY dental industry must quickly change its own profit model,make use of more complete means of marketing,strengthen its competitive advantage,stabilize and enhance its current profitability.In this paper,I mainly use case analysis method to do researching in the present situation and problems of BY stomatological industry.First of all,I use the relevant theory as the basis,and analyze the various problems in the process of enterprise development through the theoretical content;secondly,I deeply do researching on the external and internal factors of BY stomatology industry in the process of development to achieve the analysis objectives,and point out the problems and difficulties which BYStomatology clinic is facing;finally,based on the marketing instructing theory of BY stomatology clinic and guidance of the basic strategic principles,I put forward the guiding ideology of the marketing development strategy of BY dental clinic,which can help BY dental clinic continue to occupy effective market share.It fundamentally helps BY dental clinic to solve the current business confusion and create better sales performance for enterprises.
