Objective:By the establishment of rat model of children anorexia,and explore the effect of rat model and treatment of hypothalamic and peripheral blood LEP, NPY,which take the medical treatment by Xiao’Er Kai Wei Zeng Shi He Ji.Methods:Simulation of etiology by Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Wang’s special feeding modeling method to establish the model of children anorexia rats.105 young healthy SPF SD rats were randomly divided into two groups:blank group(group A) contain 15, making the module group(group B ’)Contain 90.After the success of modeling, group B ’ were randomly divided into 6groups, 15 rats in each group, respectively, model group(group B), Jiang Zhong group(group C), domperidone group(group D), low dose group(group E), middle dose group(group F) and high dose group(group G).After each experimental treatment, for 15 day gavage treatment.The last tested drugs before the fasted for 16 h, sampling,test the content changes of LEP and NPY,from hypothalamus and the peripheral blood of rats in each group.Results:(1) compared with group A, group B’ after modeling, the daily food intake is lower than group A.the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05); compared with group A, group B’ in rats after modeling, there was no difference in body weight change, does not have the difference(p >0.05).(2) Compared with group A,The LEP content in the hypothalamus of other groups were significantly different(p<0.05). And compared with group A, group B has difference, content is lower than A group.Compared with group B, the other C, D, E, F group had no difference(p>0.05), and there were no differences between the 4 groups.Compared with A, B group, group G has difference, content is higher than A, B group.The NPY content in the hypothalamus, compared with group A, in addition to the content of G group was higher than in group A, the other groups were lower than the A group content.(3)LEP content in peripheral blood, compared with group A, G group were higher than those in group A(p<0.05).There’s no significant difference between the other groups.NPY content in peripheral blood, compared with group A, group B, C, D, E were lower than the A group content, no difference in the content of group F with group A, G group were higher than the A group.Conclusion: High dose Xiao’er Kaiwei Zengshi Heji group for the treatment of anorexia rat model was the most effective, detection indicators are better than theother in the treatment group.The treatment of middle dose group for children anorexia rat model, detection indicators show, also have certain curative effect, and most close to the rats in the blank group and normal data. The rest of the treatment group, the effect is less than we expected.
