Objective: To observe and treat 68 cases of anorexia(deficiency of qi and Yin)with yijin chupi and kaiwei decoction,we observed the clinical effect of Yijin Chupi and Yangyin Kaiwei Decoction in the treatment of anorexia in children,thus enriching the effective treatment theory of clinical anorexia and providing a new effective diagnosis and treatment method for the treatment of this disease.Methods: Select 68 cases of infantile anorexia gas Yin deficiency of dialectical classification,and the collected observation cases were divided into random control groups.34 cases in the treatment group were given yijin chupi appetizer soup.Control group of 34 cases,given qidendrobium hawthorn granules.Fixed 7 days as a course of treatment,observation of 4 courses of treatment.Observation was made before and after treatment.The included children and their parents should be followed up before and after treatment to confirm the medical history and inquire about the disease situation in detail.In addition,other complications needed in the diagnosis of TCM syndromes should also be included.The patients were followed up for 3 months.Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3% and that of the control group was 86.7%.The treatment results of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Therefore,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The symptoms of appetite and appetite before and after treatment were P < 0.05.The effect of appetite and appetite in treatment group was better than that in control group.The treatment group was better than the control group in the comparison of facial color,irritability,body shape and abdominal distension.The recurrence rate of the two groups was 7.14% in the treatment group and 38.46% in the control group,indicating that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:For anorexia children with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in line with the deficiency of qi and Yin,previous treatment methods mostly adoptthe treatment of strengthening the spleen and appetizing the appetite,this topic on the basis of the method of qi and fluid,can make up for the previous deficiency of qi,Yin and deficiency.It is proved that yijin chupi and appetizer decoction is an effective and safe formula to treat infantile anorexia.
