Objective To investigate the curative effect comparison of nine abdominal method(push, rub, rub, press, swing, copy, squeeze, take) and traditional manipulation in the treatment of pediatric stomach stagnation type anorexiaMethods Selection of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital and Anhui Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine pediatric massage department in September 2012 to 2015 years 6months of diagnosis and treatment in children with epigastric product type of stagnation of 76 cases of infantile anorexia, according to the children of the visiting sequence according to the random number table method for optimal group and control group with38 cases in each. Optimization method nine group with abdominal massage therapy, the control group used the traditional massage therapy. Two groups were 10 days for a course of treatment, respectively after a course of treatment, two treatment courses observed the improvement of two groups before and after treatment in children with symptoms, signs, loss of appetite and digestion time, and after treatment, 3 months, 6months follow-up in children with body weight. Results Two groups of children through different methods of treatment, after the end of the first course of treatment, optimize the group healed in 7 cases(18.42%), effective in 22 cases(accounting for 57.89%), effective in 6 cases(15.79%), invalid in 3 case(7.89%), the total efficiency was 92.11%; the control group healed in 3 cases(7.89%), significant effect of 17 cases(accounting for 44.74%), effective in 10 cases(accounting for26.32%), invalid in 8 cases(21.05%), the total efficiency of 79.95%. The curative effect of two groups after treatment compared ?2=4.003, P=0.038, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). after 2 courses of treatment, optimize the group recovered 27 cases(accounting for 71.05%), effective in 9 cases(23.68%), 2 cases(5.26%), and optimize the group, the total efficiency was 100%; the control group healed in 13 cases(34.21%), effective in 15 cases(39.47%), effective in 10 cases(accounting for 26.32%) in the control group the total efficiency was 100%, two group,(P = 1), but the two groups of children with cure rate is chi square ?2=10.01 P = 0.003,respectively, and the more explicit rate is chi square ?2=6.312 P = 0.013 two group cure rate, markedly rate differences are highly statistically significant. After treatment, the optimization of group children with anorexia disappeared time was 7.87± 4.28 d,significantly shorter than the control group of 12.66± 5.52 d, two groups of children with anorexia disappeared time comparison results of t=-4.012, P=0.001, highly significant difference. After 3 months of treatment, the body weight gain(15.3 ± 0.90kg) of the optimized group was significantly higher than that of the control group(15 ± 0.81kg)(P<0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the body weight gain(15.9± 0.81kg) of the optimized group was significantly higher than that of the control group(15.3 ± 0.92kg)(P<0.05).Conclusion Nine abdominal method and traditional methods in the treatment of children with epigastric product lag type of anorexia nervosa are effective, but the nine abdominal law pay more attention to the dialectical typing techniques require light and gentle, nine in the abdomen in children's stomach stagnation type treatment effect more precise, steady really, acupoints more streamlined, compared with the traditional technique with rapid onset, short course of treatment, children easy to accept and other advantages, so nine abdominal massage therapy in the treatment of children with epigastric product lag type of anorexia nervosa can be in clinical promotion and popularization and application.
