The Clinical Observation On Xiao'er Kaiwei Zengshi He Ji By The Treatment Of Child Anorexia With The Type Disorder Of The Stomach-spleen

Objectives:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiao'Er Kai Wei Zeng Shi He Ji in treating infantile anorexia(disharmony between spleen and stomach),to provide a theory basis for clinical dialectical treatment,and to offer a safe and effective drug for the clinic.Methods:Giving numbers to the 88 outpatients who met the inclusive criteria according to registration order.And 88 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,44 cases of each group,receiving treatment of Xiao'Er Kai Wei Zeng Shi He Ji and Jiangzhong Jianweixiaoshi Tablets respectively.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,the symptoms and signs were observed after medication 2 and 4 weeks,at the same time detecting and recording urine routine,liver and renal function before and after treatment in both groups,and the results were analyzed with statistics.Results:(1)comprehensive effect: After 2,4 weeks treatment the total effective rate were93.18% and 97.73% in treatment group and 70.45% and 90.90% in control group with significant difference after statistics analysis(P<0.05),the treatment group was superior to the control group.(2)TCM syndrome score: After 2,4 weeks treatment the TCM syndrome score of two groups declined significantly,the difference between the groups was statistical significantly(P<0.05),TCM syndrome score of the treatment group were better than control group.(3)The main symptom score and secondary symptoms score: After 4weeks treatment the main symptom score and secondary symptoms score in the two groups were both declined,the efficacy of treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).(4)Safety monitoring: The liver and renal functions were within the normal range before and after treatment.Conclusions:Xiao'Er Kai Wei Zeng Shi He Ji efficacy is remarkable in treating infantile anorexia,long-term efficacy is precise,It is safe and no adverse reaction.
