The Clinical Study Of The Xiao'er KaiWei Zengshi Heji In The Treatment Of Prediatric Stagnant Clip Product Certificate Spleen Deficient

Object:This paper discusses the effectiveness and feasibility of Xiao'er KaiWei Zengshi Heji in the treatment of the prediatric stagnant clip product certificate spleen deficient,and analysis the characteristics of clinical application of the treatment of the stasis syndrome.Method:The 60 children were divided into treatment group and control group by randomized control.The treatment group gave Xiao'er Kai Wei Zengshi Heji(supplied by the affiliated hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine,specification: 240ml/bottle,batch no.:Z09011932);the control group gave the Jiangzhong Jianwei Xiaoshi slice,two groups of children were treated for one week,to observe and record the clinical symptoms and signs of the disease before and after treatment,statistical analysis of data.Result:(1)The baseline analysis: a comparison of two groups of children with gender,age,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),differences are comparable;comparison of TCM syndromes before treatment score,severity of disease,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),differences are comparable;(2)The efficacy of TCM syndrome: the treatment group total effectiveness 93.10%,control group total effective rate was 75.86%;the total effective rate by statistical analysis,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05),showed that the treatment group than the control group.(3)The clinical symptoms and signs of TCM: after treatment,two groups of TCM syndrome total score decreased significantly,the statistical analysis of two groups of TCM syndrome total score after treatment,statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),showed that the drug treatment group and the control group can reduce the total score of TCM syndrome and the treatment group,TCM syndrome score reduction rate was significantly higher than the control group;the loss of appetite,abdominal distention,nausea and vomiting,God body tired,abnormal stools and other symptoms and signs,the two groups can relieve the symptoms and signs of patients,and the treatment group was moreeffective,the two groups have statistical significance the difference(P<0.05),shows that the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs,the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group.(4)The tongue image score: after treatment,the tongue of the two groups were improved,and the treatment group was more obvious.Conclusion:There are the Xiao'er KaiWei Zengshi Heji cure the prediatric stagnant clip product certificate spleen deficient of children indigestion,to looking at the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and integral,the tongue of the change.the treatment group was compared with the control group,there are proved that Xiao'er KaiWei Zengshi Heji has definite clinical effect to cure the prediatric stagnant clip product certificate spleen deficient.
