| Purpose: This topic through the clinical observation of children with spleen deficiency anorexia and dyspepsia type,clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of effect of trace elements in blood by eating appetizers Decoction in the treatment of this type of infantile anorexia,pathogenesis,differential diagnosis and study of anorexia treatment effects on blood trace elements in children with clinical syndromes in one step to explore the treatment of this disease is an appetizer eating side,in order to provide a new idea and a reliable and effective method of TCM treatment for children with anorexia for prevention.Method: This paper through the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in January 2018 January 2017-all cases meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine and the inclusion and exclusion criteria were eligible selected 45 outpatients diagnosed with the same prescription drug changes before and after the treatment of infantile anorexia patients blood trace elements in healthy children.Effect evaluation of appetite promotion Decoction in treating spleen deficiency anorexia indigestion type of children with trace elements,analysis the differences of curative effect and safety of statistics.Result: The total effective rate of treatment group was 92%,suggesting that eating appetizers Decoction in the treatment of infantile anorexia(deficiency indigestion)curative effect.The treatment group in the treatment group before and after treatment with the blood and the content of trace elements in healthy children and healthy children had no significant difference(P > 0.05)before and after treatment,compared with significant difference(P <0.05),suggesting an appetizer eating recipe can improve the content of trace elements in blood in children with anorexia;compare the integral effect of ease children with symptoms,with a significant difference for the main symptoms of appetite,food intake(P < 0.01);in the relief of minor symptoms,suggesting that in the relief of abdominal pain and distension,a small,abnormal stool after treatment in treatment group were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion: Kaiwei Jinshi Prescription treatment of children with anorexia of spleen deficiency indigestion type exactly,improve the content of trace elements in children,is aneffective treatment of this disease,drug safety. |
