Ma Hang Fu Zi Xi Xin Decoction On The Treat Of Psoriasis By Professor Liu Aimin

Objective:Study the syndrome of interior Yang-deficiency and exterior cold of psoriasis and evalute the curative effect of Ma Hang Fu Zi Xi Xin decoction on this syndrome of psoriasis.Method:① Choose 58 patients of psoriasis with the syndrome of interior Yang-deficiency and exterior cold, all the patients are from the provincial TCM hospital of Henan. In order to get the rule of the TCM syndrome differenatiation of psoriasis on the syndrome of interior Yang-deficiency and exterior cold,the syndrome of TCM and the characteristics of disease of all these patients have been analysed by the methods of cluster analysis and prinicipal component analysis.② 110 patients of psoriasis with the syndrome of interior Yang-deficiency and exterior cold have been randomly divided into two groups (the test group and the control group), each group have the half. Both the two groups give the calcipotriol ointment for external use,the test group give the Ma Hang Fn Zi Xi Xin decotion orally in additon. The course of the tueatment is four weeks. Compare the PASI of the two groups before and after the treatment.Result:① The specific syndrome of interior Yang-deficiency and exterior cold of psoriasis are cold fear,enjoy hot dish,cold hands and cold feet;the main syndrome are dark face,dark red or light red lip,pale tongue,enlarged tongue;the minor syndrome are tired body,feel dizzy,easy cold,the thin and white coating on the tongue,deep pulse,weak pulse,stringy pulse. The specific syndrome of the clinical characters are dark red or light red of the skin lesion,winter onset;the main syndrome is the lesion located the Yang meridian,for example the chest and the back;the minor syndrome is the history of cold medcine.②The PASlof both the two groups have a sigficant reduce after the treatment, the differences are statistically significant in both the two groups(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the test group is 83.64%,and the control group is 49.09%. The difference of the total effective rate between the two groups is statistically significant by the test of x2(P<0.05). The PASI of the test group signifiantly better than the controle group after the treatment,the differences between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: ① The specific syndrome of interior Yang-deficiency and exterior cold of psoriasis are cold fear,enjoy hot dish,cold hands and cold feet;the main syndrome are dark face,dark red or light red lip,pale tongue,enlarged tongue;the minor syndrome are tired body,feel dizzy,easy cold,the thin and white coating on the tongue,deep pulse,weak pulse,stringy pulse.
