| Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of " Kaixuan Xiezhuo Fang " which based on Xuanfu theory and Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablet in the treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris with Yang Deficiency and External Cold Syndrome,and to provide evidence-based evidence for the treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris by open Kaixuan Xiezhuo Method,and to promote the further improvement and development of the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment system for Psoriasis Vulgaris.Methods:From January 1,2018 to December 31,2018,60 patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris with Yang Deficiency and External Cold Syndrome and voluntary participation in this clinical study were selected from the Dermatology Outpatient Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients selected were divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)according to the date of visit by the random number table.The control group was treated with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets(20mg/ times)for 3 times per day after meal,and the patients in both groups were treated with Daivonex for basic treatment of psoriasis for 8 weeks,and the patients in the control group were treated with Daivonex for 8 weeks.Before treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,the lesion area,erythema,scale,infiltration score,(PASI)score of Psoriasis Area and Severity Index,pruritus score and adverse reactions during treatment were recorded in the two groups.SPSS 21.0 statistical software was used to analyze the PASI score and pruritus score before and after treatment between the two groups,and to compare the curative effect between the two groups.Results:1.According to the project plan,60 patients were included,one patient in each group withdrew from the subject group for personal reasons;all patients had no significant adverse events and reactions d1.According to the project plan,60 patients were included,uring the subject study and follow-up;2.Before the beginning of the study,the sex,age,course of disease,pruritus score,PASI score and individual index score of each skin lesion were statistically analyzed,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),and had comparability;3.The total area of skin lesion,erythema,scales,infiltration score,pruritus score and PASI score were significantly decreased in the two groups after treatment for 4weeks and 8 weeks,and were statistically significant(p < 0 05);After 4 weeks and 8weeks of treatment,there was significant difference in skin lesion area score and PASI score between the two groups(p < 0 05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;There were significant differences in scale score,erythema score,infiltration score and pruritus score between the two groups at 8weeks after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(p < 0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;4.After two courses of treatment(8 weeks),the scores of PASI and pruritus in the treatment group and the control group were significantly different from those before the treatment,suggesting that the treatment group and the control group had curative effect on the yang deficiency and external cold syndrome of Psoriasis Vulgaris.The total effective rate was 93.10% in the treatment group and 65.52% in the control group.The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups,and the curative effect of treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:The clinical controlled study shows that the self-made "Kaixuan Xiezhuo Fang" based on Xuanfu theory is effective in the treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris with Yang Deficiency and External Cold Syndrome,and can effectively relieve symptoms and improve the quality of life.It can provide reference for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris. |
