Objective:To explore the risk factors of eczema hiemalis with Yang deficiency and exterior cold syndrome, and to provide a basis for the prevention and clinical therapy of eczema hiemalis with deficiency and exterior cold syndrome. Methods:This research discussed the risk factors of eczema hiemalis with Yang deficiency and exterior cold syndrome by two control group.①We use 1:1 case-control study method, taking 80 cases of eczema hiemalis with Yang deficiency and exterior cold syndrome as the case group and 80 healthy human as the control group. Clinical data comes from eczema hiemalis patients with Yang deficiency and exterior cold syndrome for the first time in our department outpatient service from October 2013 to December 2014. The case group and the control group were investigated using unified epidemiological questionnaire, including general information (gender, age, marriage, occupation, etc), family history of allergy, infection, etc. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 13.0 statistical software. The compare of the average age of the patient group and the healthy control group used the t test, the remaining independent variables (risk factors) matching chi-square test,, finally to the independent variables was unconditional Logistic analysis, to evaluate the risk factors of the formation of eczema hiemalis with Yang deficiency and exterior cold syndrome. ② Case-control study method was applied to 80 cases of eczema hiemalis with Yang deficiency and exterior cold syndrome and 80 cases of eczema with damp and hot accumulating skin of the patient’s general condition (gender, age, etc.), nine kinds of physical, using SPSS 13.0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Using t test to compare the average age of case group and control group with damp and hot accumulating skin, with matching chi-square test comparing the incidence risk factors, finally to the independent variables was unconditional Logistic regression analysis, to evaluate the risk factors of the formation of eczema hiemalis with Yang deficiency and exterior cold syndrome. Results: ③ The general data collected from 80 patients with eczema hiemalis with Yang deficiency and exterior cold syndrome showed that:there were 25 cases of male (31.3%), and female 55 cases (68.8%), the sex ratio is about 0.45:1, the incidence of the female is more. ②Frequency analysis results showed that:36 cases (45%) attacked and 56 cases (70%) aggravated in winter in patients with eczema hiemalis with Yang deficiency cold syndrome.③Univariate analysis showed that:all the variables into the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis, the result shows:the OR values of the Yang deficiency constitution, family history of allergy, negative emotions, pale tongue were greater than 1, the P value was less than 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions:The cold season in winter, Yang deficiency constitution, negative emotions, family history of allergy, gender and pale tongue are the risk factors of the formation of eczema hiemalis with Yang deficiency and exterior cold syndrome.
