The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Jichuanyongquan Powder Combined With TDP Illuminating Acupuncture Point To The Retention Of Urine After Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery

Objective:Jichuanyongquan Powder is the anorectal specialist Huang Jichuan's rescriptions for preventing and treating anorectal postoperative urinary retention.The clinical effect is remarkable.In this study,three groups of data were analyzed statistically to verify the clinical effect of JichuanYongquan Powder combined with TDP illuminating acupuncture point on prevention and treatment of urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,and to provide the theoretical basis for further popularization and application.Methods:Collecting 100 patients of mixed hemorrhoids in Chengdu Anorectal Hospital from August 2016 to 02,2017;the qualified subjects were randomly divided into experimental group 34 cases,control group 33 cases and blank group 33 cases.Blank group:the postoperative routine treatment;Control group:On the basis of blank group plus TDP irradiating the acupuncture points of Zhongji and Guanyuan in 30minutes;Experimental group:After JichuanYongquan Powder packaged wetting with alcohol,putting it in the acupuncture points of Zhongji and Guanyuan,at the same time,using TDP irradiating wine package 30min,cooperating with routine treatment after surgery.Postoperative autonomous urination of patients records the first urination time and the 8th hour residual urine volume.Four hours of postoperative non-urinary use of portable ultrasound system to monitor the bladder capacity.According to the curative effect of standard,all judged to be"invalid"are considered to be urine retention;Record the incidence of urinary retention.For three groups of observation indexes,using SPSS 13.0 for data analysis,evaluating the clinical curative effect of Jichuan Yongquan Powder combined with TDP irradiating acupuncture points.Results:The difference between the three groups was statistically significant for the first micturition time(F=16.829,P=0.000),the experimental group is shorter than the blank group and the control group(P=0.003,P=0.000);The difference between the three groups was statistically significant at the 8th hour post-voiding residual volume(PVRV)(H=9.681,P=0.008),the experimental group was significantly better than the blank group(u=3.074,P=0.002);The difference between the three groups was statistically significant for the clinical efficacy(H=16.943,P=0.000),the clinical curative effect of experimental group is better than control group and the blank group(u=2.101,P=0.036;u=4.041,P=0.000).Three groups on the incidence of urinary retention differences statistically significant(X~2=7.107,P=0.029),the experimental group significantly lower than the control group and blank group.Conclusion:JichuanYongquan Powder combined with TDP illuminating acupuncture point can significantly improve the situation of mixed hemorrhoids after urination,and reduce the incidence of urinary retention.To mixed hemorrhoid postoperative urinary retention,it has many advantages such as significant preventive effect,simple operation,and no pain,worthing clinical promotion.
