The Clinical Effect Observation Of Tuina Treating Pediatric Mesenteric Lymphadenitis (Internal Coldness Stagnation Syndrome) With Clinical Stages Differentiation

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tuina with clinical stages differentiation treating Pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis(Internal coldness stagnation syndrome)and reveal its therapeutic mechanism.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,60 cases were selected and were randomly divided into Tuina with clinical stages differentiation treatment group and Oral huoxiang zhengqi control group,with 30 cases in each group.After one course treatment,the comprehensive scores for symptomatic signs,the changes of lymph glands,The content of serum Ig A,Ig G and Ig M and the recurrence rates after 3 months and 6 months of both groups were collected and compared,The clinical efficacy were assessed comprehensively.Results:1.Treatment group: 12 cases were cured,11 cases showed marked effect,5 cases were improved,and 2 cases were invalid.The total effective rate is 94.12%.Control group: 6 cases were cured,9 cases were effective,8 cases were improved,and 7 cases were invalid.The total effective rate is 94.12%.The total effective rate is 94.12%.There was a significant differentiation between two groups(P<0.05),suggesting that both methods are effective in the treatment of Pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis,but more significant in the treatment group.2.Comparison of comprehensive score of symptoms and signs between the two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The size of lymph nodes detected by abdominal color ultrasound before and after treatment was compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of serum immunoglobulins before and after treatment between the two groups showed that Ig A P=0.00,Ig G P=0.00,Ig M P=0.002,all P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.5.For the long-term effect,the recurrence rate was lower in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Tuina is effective for Pediatric mesenteric lymphadenitis(Internal coldness stagnation syndrome).It is proved that baby Tuina can improve the content of serum Ig A? Ig G and Ig M and prevent the recurrence.
