The Clinical Research Of Xinyiqingfeitongyang Decoction For The Treatment Of Lung Meridian Latent Pyrexia Type Of Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: Through the clinical research of Xinyiqingfeitongyang decoction for the treatment of Lung meridian latent pyrexia type of allergic rhinitis and comparison to the control group of Cangerzibiyan pill,wu can clear the clinical curative effect. So,we can get a more comprehensive basis and guiding principle to the dialectic and tratement of Lung meridian latent pyrexia type of allergic rhinitis.Methods:60 cases patients with allergic rhinitis that meet the inclusion criteria,were random equally divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group oral Xinyiqingfeitongyang decoction and the control group oral Cangerzibiyan pill.Two consecutive weeks treatment as a course.At the end of the treatment,we observe the change of patient’s symptoms and through statistical methods to compare two groups of therapeutic effects.To clarify the clinical efficacy of Xinyiqingfeitongyang decoction.Results: Through the clinical obsernation of 60 patients with allergic rhinitis,we summarize that the cure rate of treatment group is 23.3%,the excellent rate is 53.3%,the effective rate is 20%,the total effective rate was 96.7%.Correspongding to the treatment group,the cure rate of control group is 3.3%,the effective rate is 33.3%,the effective rate is 53.3%,the total effective rate was 89.9%.Through the statistical analysis, the total effective rate of these two groups have prominent statistical differences.The total curative effect of the treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusion:Based on eliminated Lung meridian latent pyrexia, the Xinyiqingfeitongyang decoction add warming Yang spirite. It prove that Heli Yangqi play an important role in treating allergic rhinitis. The clinical efficacy of Xinyiqingfeitongyang decoction on the treatment of Lung meridian latent pyrexia type of allergic rhinitis is superior to Cangerzibiyan pill and it can better remit or cure the common symptom of Lung meridian latent pyrexia type of allergic rhinitis. This phenomenon tells us the eliminated Lung meridian latent pyrexia method and the Heli Yangqi method are the effective methods on the treatment of Lung meridian latent pyrexia type of allergic rhinitis and this condition is worth to further explore for us.
