| Objective:This study evaluated the effectiveness and safety of Zhongqinglong Decoction in the treatment of children’s allergic rhinitis with cold drink latent lung syndrome through the clinical observation of Zhongqinglong Decoction,and the research supervisor used "Yang Deficiency Fu Yin" to treat children’s allergic rhinitis.For rhinitis,we set up the syndrome differentiation thinking of cold drink latent lung syndrome,in order to expand the TCM syndrome differentiation of children with allergic rhinitis,and give full play to the advantages of individual TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods:In this study,62 children with allergic rhinitis with cold drink latent lung syndrome collected from the outpatient department were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.The treatment group took Zhongqinglong Decoction and the control group took loratadine tablets.Both groups were treated for 14 consecutive days.The scores of symptoms and nasal signs of the two groups of children before and after treatment were recorded,and the data was analyzed with SPSS25.0 software.Results:(1)In the treatment group,17 cases were markedly effective(54.84%),12 cases were effective(38.71%),2 cases were ineffective(6.45%),and the total effective rate was 93.55%;in the control group,10 cases(32.26%)were markedly effective,and 17 cases were effective.(54.84%),4 cases were invalid(12.90%),and the total effective rate was 87.10%.The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)Both groups were effective for runny nose,sneezing,nasal congestion and nasal itching(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving runny nose(P<0.05),and the two groups had similar effects in improving sneezing,nasal congestion and nasal itching(P>0.05).(3)Both groups were effective for coughing,expectoration,and poor appetite(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group is effective against wind and cold(P<0.05),while the control group has no obvious effect(P>0.05).The treatment group is effective for dark complexion(P<0.05),while the control group has no obvious effect(P>0.05).(4)Both groups can improve nasal signs(P<0.05),the effect is equivalent(P>0.05).(5)No adverse events occurred in the two groups.Conclusions:Using the theory of "Yang Deficiency Fu Yin",the instructor proposed that the cold drink latent lung syndrome can be used as an extended type of children with allergic rhinitis.Zhongqinglong Decoction is effective in treating allergic rhinitis in children with cold drink latent lung syndrome,and has good safety. |
