To Observe The Clinical Effect Of Tongluo Dingxuan Ointment In The Treatment Of Cervical Vertigo

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Tongluo Dingxuan ointment in the treat-ment of Cervical vertigo by flow velocity,observation of TCM symptoms of vertigo scoreand TCD detection of changes,by modern testing methods objectively confirmed its effectiveness,to reveal the modern mechanism of Tongluo Dingxuan ointment in the treat-ment of Cervical vertigo, means and methods of rich Chinese medicine treatment of Cervical vertigo,to provide the scientific basis for Cervical vertigo in TCM.Methods: This study used test method for random, parallel controlled clinical,the Zhengzhou City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of the Department of encephalopathy in November 2013- December 2014 hospitalized patients, In accordance with the inclusion criteria and the exclusion of 100 patients with Cervical vertigo standard screening cases,using the random number table method, divided into control group 50 cases and treatment group 50 cases, two groups of cases a ratio of 1:1.Treatment group and control group were given Gastrodine injection(Qu Lao tong,Youcare Pharmaceutical Group Co. LTD.,six/box, specifications:5ml/0.6g, H20083789 approved by the state) 10 ml, add 250 ml saline intravenous drip, 1 times a day;Treatment group at the same time set for Tongluo Dingxuan ointment(Department of Zhengzhou Hospital of TCM preparations, composed of tougucao, radix clematidis, passepartout, frankincense, myrrh, earthworm, asarum, borneol and other drugs into) daily 2, pain in the neck and the da-zhui acupuncture point in acupoint sticking.The two groups were treated for 14 days, the treatment to disable the antipsychotic drugs;To give control of blood pressure of hypertension, diabetes, or coronary heart disease patients, adjusting blood sugar, improve myocardial blood supply.Observe all symptoms, according to the patients with vertigo degree classification assessment of traditional Chinese medicine to score, record score changes of the patients before and aftertreatment value;At the same time in two groups before and after the treatment of 3d-7d after do TCD examination, record the change of the vertebral- basilar artery blood flow velocity.Results: Two groups after treatment the following results: 1. Vertigo grading scores of traditional Chinese medicine: after 14 days after treatment, two groups of patients in the treatment of even scores for different degrees of improvement(P<0.05), But the treatment group score better than the control group(P < 0.05).2. Detection of TCD indicators: after treatment, the treatment group and control group of basilar artery(BA), vertebral artery(LVA、RVA), the average blood flow velocity(Vm) uniform different degrees of improvement(P < 0.05), but the treatment group in improving is better than that in control group(P < 0.05). 3. In the aspect of clinical curative effect: Treatment group 24 cases of all patients in complete remission, eased significantly in 15 cases, mild ease in 9 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 96.00%;The control group in patients with complete remission in 18 cases, apparent ease in 12 cases, mild ease in 10 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, the total effective rate was 80%.Comparing the two groups after treatment, the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group, with significant difference(P = 0.014 < 0.05). 4. In the aspects of security: Two groups of patients were in the process of treatment, there was no serious adverse reactions;After treatment, two groups of patients’ blood routine, routine urine, dung routine, liver and kidney function, blood lipids were not apparent side effects.Conclusion: 1. Tongluo Dingxuan ointment combined with Gastrodin Injection and single Gastrodin Injection intravenous drip can treat cervical vertigo, improve the patients with vertebral basilar artery mean blood velocity, alleviate symptoms, but the curative effect of the two drug combination is obviously superior to the single use of gastrodin group, can effectively relievepatients of cervical vertigo vertigo. 2. Tongluo Dingxuan ointment in the treatment of cervical vertigo is simple, safe, effective, cheap and easy to accept, the advantages of convenient for clinical application.
