| Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of wenyangbushen method for the prevention and treatment of Subacute Thyroiditis concurrent jiajian in the late in order to enrich the clinical treatment of subacutethyroiditis by use of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods: Select 30 patients of subacute thyroiditis and fire stagnation syndrome from June 2013 to September 2014 who were diagnosed in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were treated with wenyangbushen method. Using 12 weeks as a course of treatment and a clinical observation. Observing the changes of clinical symptoms, C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, thyroid function changes before and after, and then put them into statistical analysis.Conclusion::In 30 cases, 26 were effected excellently, 3 cases had effective results, and 1 patient ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.4%. All theaverage effective rate of each individual observation got to 98.88%.The compare of values of C-reactive protein and erythrocy hsignificantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:wenyangbushen method have the clinical therapeutic effect for the prevention and treatment of Subacute Thyroiditis concurrent jiajian in the late. |
