Objective: To observe Jia Wei Ping Xiao Tang combined with low doses ofprednisone to improve the clinical symptoms of methylene inflammation, changelaboratory parameters, contrast the recurrence rate, improve patientcompliance, evaluat Jia Wei Ping Xiao Tang effectiveness and safety.Methods:60cases of methylene patients randomly were divided into two groups,,30cases in observation group and the other in control group (n=30).Observation group was given Jia Wei Ping Xiao Tang combined with prednisonetreatment, Usage: Jia Wei Ping Xiao Tang: Shuijianbi, a twice daily, each150ml,morning and evening, prednisone tablets:10mg/d2times/day. Control group,only prednisone tablets,20mg/d,2times/day. When symptoms remiss andfever Completely disappeare in the observation group，you can stop takingtraditional Chinese medicine, reduce prednisone to5mg/d, the control groupprednisone reduce to10mg/d, the weekly dosage was reduced by half, to2.5mgto maintain the symptoms had completely disappeared. The total course oftreatment is about there month. Summary of the main symptoms and signs ofimprovement and FT3FT4, thyroid131I intake rate changement, evaluate theeffects and recurrence rates and patient tolerance.Results: Compariered with the observation group and control group, therecovery of serological markers has no differences (P>0.05); but the totalefficiency, syndrome score and the main symptoms improved time have difference(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine can also reduce the recurrence rateand reduce the side effects of hormone than the control group. It is worthto mention.Otherwise,in observation group patients compliance and toleranceare high, it can reduce the experimental loss.Conclusion: Jia Wei Ping Xiao Tang with low doses of prednisone can besignificant improve methylene inflammation, clinical symptoms; can promote the recovery of the serological markers; and can improve patient compliance,reduce relapse rates; its mechanism of action deserves further study toprovide the basis for large-scale clinical practice in order to bring theGospel to the patients.
