Objective: Oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor is a common tumor with high incidence. Carcinogenesis of oral mucosal diseases contain various types and those diseases cannot be detected particular cause of disease, which bring great difficulties to the early clinical diagnosis. The following studies collect carcinogenesis of oral mucosal diseases clinical data from all the diagnosis of Dalian Medical University Department of Stomatology, using chi square test and logistic regression coefficient to perform the statistical analysis. Then, apply the analysis results to the research of related factors of carcinogenesis of oral mucosa diseases, features and regular pattern of occurrence. The research results could provide support to early treatment of carcinogenesis of oral mucosa diseases. Method: Select 72 Cancerous oral mucosa disease cases, including age, gender, disease duration statistics, location of onset, symptoms, local stimulation, the relative risk factors of life style and social economic status, from 432 cases of oral and maxillofacial cancer by Dalian Hospital University First Subsidiary Hospital Department of Stomatology, from the year 2004 to 2014. And then analyze 6 typical Carcinogenesis of Oral Mucosa Disease case in clinical cases. All the cases were confirmed by histopathology. We used SPSS 19.0 soft-ware for statistical analysis, Including x2 test and Logistic regression analysis. Results: 1.72 cases of cancer of the oral mucosa disease were found in 7 kinds of oral cancer and precancerous lesion before state into the oral cavity.Respectively:oral leukoplakia(18.06%)、oral lichen planus(16.67%)、traumatic ulceration(58.33%)、oral submucous fibrosis(2.78%)、erythema(1.39%)、verrucous hyperplasia(1.39%)、moss and lead to abnormal growths(1.39%)。 2.Normal characteristics: Among 72 Oral Mucosa Cancer patients, the proportion of male and female is 1:1.06, the youngest patient is 30 years old, the oldest one is 88 years old, and most of the patient is older then 60 years old(about 56.94%), the average of 62. 42 cases occurred in danger zone, 30 cases occurred in non danger zone, and the proportion is 1:4.1; In life style field, 10 cases contain smoke only perennial smokers(13.89%), 2 cases contain simple drinkers(2.78%), 24 cases combined with smoking and drinkers(33.33%), 2 cases contain perennial Betel nut chewing them(2.78%). Smoking and drinking has statistical significance(p<0.05). In local stimulation part, 25 cases have local bad repair body(34.72%), 9 cases have residual roots(12.5%),8 cases have sharp cusp or edge(11.11%), and 1cases has micro current(1.39%).Oral mechanical stimulation with statistical significance(p<0.05). 3.By chi-square test and logistic regression coefficient for statistical analysis, results show that the oral mechanical stimulation, smoking, drinking and cancer of the oral mucosa disease has statistical significance. Conclusion: 1.Cancer of the oral mucosa disease occurs in the elder over 60. 2.Smoking, drinking, and disease is related to cancer of the oral mucosa.Years of smoking drinking more, the quantity is much easier to induce disease cancer of the oral mucosa. 3.Oral mechanical stimulation is one of the important factors associated with the oral mucosa disease.Local has bad repair body, residual root and crown, dissimilar metal stimulation are more likely to induce disease cancer of the oral mucosa.
