Part I:Investigation of Oral Antihypertensive Drugs of Hospitalized Chronic Kidney Disease Patients Objective: To investigate the composition of primary disease inhospitalized chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients and to analyze thd application of oral antihypertensive drugs administrated by the patients. Methods: 554 hospitalized patients(age between 13 and 95) with detailed data from the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were recruited and retrospected. The data include the indices such as proteinuria, hematuria (abnormal: >3 red blood cells/HP) and MDRD equation estimated-GFR (abnormal: <60ml/min/1.73m2 ).CKD diagnosistic standard is defined at least in accordance with one of the above-mentioned indices. The research also analyze the composition of primary disease of CKD,and the drug combination of oral antihypertensive drugs. Results: Detailed data of 554 subjects were enrolled in the study. The constituent ratio of the CKD are hypertension, diabetes mellitus and chronic glomerulonephritis.Among the patients, calcium antagonists, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI) and diureticum are the most popular drugs in the study. The drug combination was widely used by the patients. Conclusions: Hypertension is the leading cause of CKD, followed by diabetes mellitus and chronic glomerulonephritis. Calcium antagonists, ACEI and diureticum are most popular oral drugs in CKD patients. Part II: The Risk Factors Analysis of Descending Renal Function in Hospitalized Chronic Kidney Disease PatientsObjective: To investigate the risk factors of descending renal function Methods: Detailed data of CKD patients are retrospected and analyzed with SPSS 13.0 statistic software. Binarry logistic was applied in the CKD risk factors analysis,in which the variance include gender age, blood pressue, blood glucose, uricemia, blood fat,BMI and history of past illness. Results: The prevalence of reduced eGFR is 52.17%.BMI,hypertension,diabetes mellitus and hyperuricemia were independently associated with reduced eGFR( p<0.05). Conclusions: Renal Function decreased significantly in Hospitalized CKD patients.Hypertension, hyperuricemia and diabetes mellitus were independently associated with reduced eGFR.
