Objective: In this study, through the establishment of SD rats with acute closed soft tissue contusion model, using the late renowned medical expert martial Zheng Huai Xian old professor of clinical experience Zheng’s Zhu Gui-San as a therapeutic drug, basic medical insurance and Sichuan industrial injury insurance drug list drugs Zhunzi Z11020464 Qili San(Beijing Tong Ren Tang Tong Ren Tang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) for comparison, by internal medicine treatment, recovery was observed in rats injured limb; and to detect NO content and its morphological observe, explore Zheng’s Zhu Gui-San on blood circulation after acute soft tissue, anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect, and clinical treatment for side acute soft tissue injury to provide a theoretical reference.Methods: Two 75-month-old SD rats, modeling after 72 rats were weighed and recorded, and numbered rats were randomly divided into three groups(n = 72), namely experimental group(Zheng’s Zhu Gui-San), drug control group(Qili San), the control group. And then randomly divided into four time points group(1,3,7,10, n = 6). Experimental group, drug group, the control group were given preoperative Zheng’s Zhu Gui-San, Qili San saline gavage twice daily. Drawn at each observation point relative weight of rats weighed accordingly; evaluation of soft tissue injury symptom index; light microscope morphology and rate performance; NO content was measured nitrate reduction; using statistical software(SPSS16.0) on processing and analyzing relevant data.Results:(1) Weight Results: The first day of Zheng’s Zhu Gui-San group, Qili San group, the control group showed no significant difference in body weight(P> 0.05); the third day of surgery Zheng’s Zhu Gui-San and blank have more significant difference between the control group(P <0.05); the seventh day surgery Zheng’s Zhu Gui-San and control group differences(P <0.05), there were significant differences(P <0.05 Zheng Gui scattered and Qili San surgery group); there were significant differences(P <0.05) the tenth day of surgery Zheng Gui scattered group and control group, there was a significant difference(P <0.05) Zheng’s Zhu Gui-San and Qili San San.(2) Soft Tissue Injury Index: soft tissue injury Symptomatology index showed a continued downward trend. Zheng Gui San surgery can improve soft tissue injury in acute symptoms, signs, can effectively inhibit the overproduction of NO, to avoid excessive damage to the soft tissue and promote repair of soft tissue.
