Objective: The effects of Zhishang cataplasm(ZSP)on PGE2,TNF-,NO and MPO in acute soft tissue injury model of rats were investigatedMethods: Twenty-four Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly divided into three groups: Experimental Group(treated with Cataplasm),Model Group and Normal Group.The first two groups were modeled by hammer-drop method,while the normal control group was not.After successful modeling,the experimental group was given external application of Zhishang Cataplasm,the model group and the normal group were given external application of Zhishang cataplasm,after 24 hours of administration,the muscle tissue of the model site was taken to detect the contents of PGE2,TNF-?,NO and MPO,to analyze and compare the difference of detection indexes among different groups and make statistical analysi.Results: 1.PGE2 and TNF-? content: Compared with the normal group,the PGE2 and TNF-? content in the tissues of the model group and the experimental group are higher than those in the normal group,indicating that the PGE2 and TNF-? content in the tissues increase after modeling,and the difference is statistically significant.Significance(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,the contents of PGE2 and TNF-? in the tissues of the experimental group were lower than those in the model group,indicating that the contents of PGE2 and TNF-? in the tissues decreased after the treatment of the Zhishang Cataplasm,and the difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.01).2.NO and MPO contents: Compared with the normal group,the.NO and MPO contents in the tissues of the model group and the experimental group were higher than those in the normal group,indicating that the contents of.NO and MPO in the tissues increased after modeling,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),compared with the model group,the levels of NO and MPO in the tissues of the experimental group were lower than those in the model group,indicating that the levels of NO and MPO in the tissues decreased after treatment with the Zhishang Cataplasm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.Through the establishment of rat acute soft tissue injury model,it was found that when the acute soft tissue injury occurred,the local injured tissue had an inflammatory reaction.2.Zhishang cataplasm can inhibit the production of PGE2,TNF-?,NO and MPO in the local tissues of acute soft tissue injury model in rats,and thus inhibit the inflammatory reaction.
