| Objective:This study aims to investigate the efficacy of since proposed Liangxue Huayu method obstruct the pulmonary type of bronchiectasis.Methods:1、We selected 40 clinical cases from Kunshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and randomly divided them into two groups equally. The control group was treated with western medicine:the ceftazidime sodium chloride injection, the levofloxacin lactate sodium chloride injection, ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment; Hemoptysis patients to appropriate medical treatment according to hemoptysis cases bleeding. Treatment group is based on Since the proposed Chinese medicine method Liangxue Huayu method treatment,and made add or subtraction according to the clinical symptoms.2、The period of treatment is both 14 days. Then we observed the clinical treatment efficacy, improvement of the symptoms and signs of integral, blood inflammatory markers(such as WBCx CRP) before and after treatment of those two groups.Resultsl.Comparison of clinical efficacy:the total efficiency of the clinical efficacy of the treatment group (95%) is higher than that of the control group (65%), and there is significant differences (P<0.05);2. Before and after treatment, both groups showed different symptom score improvement (P <0.05). The treatment group of symptoms and signs score improvement was better than the control group (P<0.05);3. Compared of blood inflammatory markers of two groups,these is a significant difference (P <0.01) than before.The result prompted both groups can reduce blood inflammatory markers, and infection control. The treatment group learn inflammatory markers improve the control group,the control of infections better and also differences (P<0.05),.Conclusion:For the stagnant-heat syndrome bronchiectasis therapy, the treatment group in clinical efficacy,symptom improvement was significantly better than the control group, and safety, without adverse effect. |
