Clinical Research Of Treatment Of Intrahepatic Cholestatic Jaundice With The Method Of LiangxueTuihuang

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liangxue Tuihuang powder which treats intrahepatic cholestatic jaundice,and to study the basis of treatment of jaundice from Heat-stagnant.Methods:Patients with intrahepatic cholestasis jaundice according to the diagnostic standards are randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(ursodeoxycholic acid +Liangxue Tuihuang Powder)and the control group(ursodeoxycholic acid + Yinzhihuang granules)in 20 cases.After 4 weeks of treatment,performing statistical analysis of the two groups before and after treatment of symptoms and signs,liver function indicators,and then records once every 2 weeks.Based on the results of two sets of data analysis,evaluating the efficacy of Cooling-blood and anti-aurigo method.Results:(1)Comparison of TCM syndromes:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total scores of the two groups of syndromes were significantly different(P<0.01);the symptoms and signs were compared,with yellow eyes,pruritus,yellow,yellow urine,abdominal distension,in emotional depression or irritability,hypochondriac pain,and tongue coating.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference in the total scores of the two groups(P<0.01);the symptoms and signs were compared,with yellow eyes,pruritus,yellow,yellow urine,abdominal distention,emotional depression or irritability,and threats.In terms of pain and tongue coating,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 85%,which was better than 70%in the control group.(2)Comparison of liver function:Liver function has improved after 2 weeks of treatment.TBIL,ALP,GGT,AST in both groups were statistically significant before treatment(P<0.05);TBIL,DBIL,ALP between groups ALT was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,hepatic function was improved on the basis of 2 weeks of treatment.The TBIL,DBIL,ALP,GGT,AST,and ALT in both groups were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);Comparing TBIL with DBIL was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of TBIL and DBIL.Conclusion:Liangxue Tuihuang powder is effective in treating intrahepatic cholestasis jaundice.Effective preparations can significantly improve the symptoms of yellowing of the eyes,pruritus,yellow,yellow urine,abdominal distension,emotional depression or irritability,hypochondriac pain,and tongue coating.Effective curative exists in rapidly lowering serum bilirubin and relieving intrahepatic cholestasis.It has attractive traits,such as no obvious adverse reactions in the clinic and good safety factor.It is worth further promotion and research.
