Clinical Observation Of Treatment In Pediatric Henoch-schonlein Purpura Simple Type(Blood-heat Bleeding) With Liangxue Huayu Dispensing Granules

Purpose Evaluate the efficacy and safety of Liangxue Huayu dispensing granules in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura simple type(blood-heat bleeding).Method In this study,60 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura simple type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets and dipyridamole tablets.The treatment group was given Liangxue Huayu dispensing granules on the basis of the control group.The 4 weeks before and after treatment by observing that effectiveness rate of treatment,the TCM syndrome integral,the secondary symptoms and follow-up of 8 weeks to observe the recurrence rate of two groups of children,to investigate the Liangxue Huayu dispensing granules on pediatric Henoch-Schonlein purpura simple type(blood-heat bleeding)of treatment effect and advantages.Result1.In terms of comprehensive effect: after treatment,the total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group and 86.2% in the control group;the total efficiency of the treatment group was slightly larger than the control group.2.Symptom score comparison: after treatment,the score of TCM syndrome were decreased significantly than that before treatment both the treatment group and the control group.After statistical analysis,the efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group with significant difference(P<0.05).In addition,there was no significant difference in the main symptom score of TCM between the two groups(P>0.05);there was significant difference in the sub-symptom score of TCM between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Relapse rate: follow up the two groups of children in 8 weeks after treatment,the recurrence rate is 3.4% in the treatment group and 24.0% in the control group.4.Safety evaluation: there were no obvious adverse reaction symptoms in both groups before and after treatment.Conclusion1.The self-made Liangxue Huayu dispensing granules has remarkable curative effect on children with simple allergic purpura(blood-heat bleeding).The total effective rate is 96.7%.The curative effect is better than that of the control group.2.In improving TCM symptoms,the self-made Liangxue Huayu dispensing granules treatment group was significantly better than the control group,especially in improving TCM symptoms such as the symptoms of thirst,dry mouth,dry stool and yellowish urine.3.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 3.4%,and the self-made Liangxue Huayu dispensing granules was significantly better than the control group.The self-made Liangxue Huayu dispensing granules is convenient to take and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate.
