| Objective:To observe the clinical and pathological effect by using the method of ZhiGanAnWei in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with erosion,as well as hepatogastirc stagnant heat Syndrome.What is more,to discuss the functionary mechanism in theory.Both of them aim to provide evidence for the apply of this method in clinical.Methods:Sixty patients were divided randomly into two groups,who have were diagnosed the chronic atrophic gastritis with erosion,as well as hepatogastric stagnant heat Syndrome.The two groups have no statistical discrepancy in the sex, age,course of disease and state of disease.The treatment group was treated with the ZhiGanANWei prescription,while the control group was treated by folic acid, omeprazole and Rebamipide.We evaluate the therapeutic effect after three treatment cycles for both groups.Then we contrast the clinical symptoms,endoscopic characteristics and pathological effect of patients in the two groups.Results:1.Comparison of clinical effect:The two groups have statistical discrepancy in effect of TCM syndrome and every symptoms(P<0.05).Among these symptoms four have notable statistical discrepancy(P<0.01),namely stomach-ache,distention and fullness,heart-burn and eructation.And three have statistical discrepancy(P<0.05),namely pantothenic acid,dry and bitter mouth,anxiety and irritability.2.Comparison of endoscopic characteristics and pathological effect:In the aspect of gastric mucosal erosion,the two groups have notable statistical discrepancy in healing rate(P<0.01).In the aspect of gastric mucosal atrophy,the two groups have statistical discrepancy(P<0.05).How ever,in the aspect of intestinal metaplasia,the two groups have no statistical discrepancy(P>0.05).What is more,both of them have no statistical discrepancy before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:It has obvious effect in improving clinical symptoms,endoscopic characteristics and gastric mucosal atrophy which choosing the method of ZhiGanAnWei in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with erosion,as well as hepatogastirc stagnant heat Syndrome.It is worth that spreading this method in clinical work. What is more, it is urgent for researching the pharmacologic action of traditional Chinese medicine further and combining them with reason to bring about effect in improving intestinal metaplasia. |
