Purpose:We issued questionnaires the Nanjing Institute of Technology undergraduates, investigation of acne outbreaks & understand the current college students incidence of acne, and analyze the factors affecting the pathogenesis of acne, that could guide the work of preventing disease, treating diseases.Methods:Using simple random sampling method, Students randomly in the form of questionnaire to clinics and health education elective courses students acne infection situation investigation, and check the incidence of respondents & ask about past medical history. Statistical analysis of the results of the survey, count data by chi-square test。Results:At present, the Nanjing Institute of Technology undergraduates more than twenty thousand people, Fill in the questionnaire of 1986 effectively, the acne pathogenesis and always have acne pathogenesis of 829 people, acne prevalence rate of 41.64%。The boys surveyed 1152 people, the number of the infected is 523, prevalence of 45.40%; The girls surveyed 834 people, the number of the infected is 306, prevalence of 36.69%。There is statistically significant difference between boys and girls. Acne happened frequently at age of 16,17 years old, parts for the cheek, forehead。There is 5 elements could affect acne that oily skin, eating meat lovers, Lack of Sleep, mental pressure and irregular menstruation. The syndromes of the wind-heat in lung and damp -heat accumulated are the most common in clinic.There were significant differences between types of TCM syndromes and the severity of acne. 58.75% of patients considered acne bring them trouble.,Conclusion:High prevalence of acne in the college students in our school。Boys incidence than girls, Oily skin, sleep and diet have obvious effects on disease。Acne patients psychological impact, we should focus on medical-social-psychology model, strengthen the propaganda and education in order to reduce the incidence of a disease, timely treatment to prevent scarring, and in the clinical psychological counseling。...
