Investigation And Analysis Of Female College Students Of Hypomenorrhea And Tcm Constitution And Related Factors

Objective:To study the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine theory, using the method of epidemiological survey of female college students, through the investigation of hypomenorrhea and TCM Constitution and related influence factors, the basic characteristics of test for hypomenorrhea patients TCM Consti-tution of female college students, after the occurrence and growth environment, less menstruation, personality characteristics, influence of psychological factors on hypomenorrhea, in order to better grasp the inherent law of the development of menstruation, menorrhagia and less susceptible to adjust the biased constitution and early intervention, reduce the incidence of this disease, preventive health measures and the corresponding treatment plan for clinical patients with hypomenorrhea.Methods:Based on the literature research, the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine professor Wang Qi made "Chinese Medicine physique survey scale" and the general situation questionnaire made by ourselves, and the Chinese Medical Association published "TCM constitution classification standards", a questionnaire survey was conducted on a voluntary survey of female college students of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine. In this study a total of 1500 questionnaires were issued by secret ballot, fill in, a total recovery of 1483 questionnaires, the rate of recovery was 98.87%, the first screening of the data obtained from the questionnaire,1475 valid questionnaires were screened, efficiency of 98.33%, according to the diagnostic criteria of menstruation, menstruation were selected 189, as the case group. In the questi-onnaire of the normal population, using random sampling according to the proportion of 1:1 189 samples were randomly selected as the control group.The establishment of the original database, uses the SPSS19.0 statistics system, statistical analysis. Distribution of constitutional type of hypomenorrhea, study on this disease is easy to be biased constitution and influencing factors of patients.Results:1.189 cases cases of constitutional type distribution:Yin deficiency (25.4%)> Qi Stagnation (17.46%)> Yang deficiency (16.4%)> Blood Stasis (9.52%)> Qi deficiency (8.47%)> flat and quality (7.94%)> damp heat constitution (6.35%)> Special intrinsic quality (4.76%)> phlegm dampness (3.70%).2.189 cases of control group of constitutional type distribution is flat and quality (25.4%)> Qi deficiency (18.52%)> Yin deficiency (15.87%)> Qi Stagnation (9.52%)> Yang deficiency (8.47%)> phlegm wet matter (6.88%) > damp heat constitution (5.82%)> Blood Stasis (5.29%)> Special intrinsic quality (4.23%).3.Cases and normal group in the diet has a significant difference (p<0.05).4.The case group and the control group in the menstrual matter, color, movement, sleep and emotional has very significant difference (P< 0.01).5.There was no significant difference in age, weight, height, weight, birth weight, birth weight and breast feeding between the 6 cases and the control group (p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Yin deficiency constitution, qi stagnation Qi and Yang Qi are the susceptible constitution of female college students during menstruation.2.Emotional disorders, improper diet, lack of exercise, sleep quality and sleep habits difference are easy to lead to the occurrence of female college students of hypomenorrhea.3.The abnormal changes of menstruation and the abnormal menstruation of the female college students during the period of the university students.4.Conditioning intervention based on the TCM Constitution adjustability, through discussion on the investigation and study, the disease susceptible population, early, to correct or improve susceptible population biased constitution, avoid the disease related factors, prevention and health care for the hypomenorrhea, in order to reduce the occurrence of hypomenorrhea.
