Medical care is a business that involves great uncertainty. The uncertainty together with the risk that comes along poses a lot of stress to the medical care staff. Now the medical care industry is severely understaffed and the working environment keeps deteriorating, that’s why the working condition the doctors are facing have never been worse before. Being both the leader of the medical business and manager of the office, a section officer is actually under greater pressure than other doctors. That’s why it is that pragmatic issue worth researching what can be done to help the section officers to release the pressure, keep working highly effectively meanwhile stay healthy both mentally and physically.Based on the relative researching theories of personal resilience, and focused on discussing the influential factors of section officers’career resilience in the hospital works, this paper sorts out the theoretical results of individual flexibility, career resilience and flexible factors with the mechanic models. The paper also summarizes the reports an articles from both home and abroad, providing theoretical supports for qualitative analysis. It also acquired data that can serve as evidence by setting grade two first-class hospitals as research targets and interviewing12middle-class and senior hospital managers.Based on the Collard career resilience circular model and Kumpfer "person-environment" flexibility model, by organizing and coding analyzing the interviews, the paper summarizes both the inside and outside protection factors that influence the clinical section officers’flexibility. Finally it comes to the conclusion of seven factors of internal protection, their vies of value, the ability of self-study, the ability of understanding, the self-efficacy, the achievement guild, the flexibility of the mind, and the personal humanity; and three factors of external protection, the support from the organization, the tradition of the hospital and the support from the family.The paper constructs the model for the effects of section officers’ career resilience. The model can provide reference to section officers to help to improve personal resilience with better awareness. Meanwhile it can also serve as basis to assist the hospital board in choosing proper section officers.
