Objective:This study aims to evaluate the effect of the clinical pathway in women with delayed menorrhea (Decreased Ovarian Reserve), to provide scientific research evidences for further improving the pathway of gynecological diseases and controlling the health care costs and regulating the progress of the treatment.Methods:85patients with delayed menorrhea (DOR) were selected from outpatient cases of the multicenter, and those cases should be detected endocrine hormone of menstrual cycle2-4days including basic Follicle Stimulating Hormone, basic Luteinizing hormone, Basic Estradiol, Progestational hormone, Prolactin and thyroid stimulating hormone; Pelvic ultrasound or abdominal ultrasound; gynecological examination or anal abdomen inspection when they came into and went out of the clinical pathway. An anterior-posterior self-control study on data collected in the research, using SPSS19.0statistical software to general descriptive analysis, single factor analysis of variance, analysis of some statistical methods, such as general describles analysis, matching t-test and so on. The main evaluation index includes:1. Main curative effect of the diseases;2.TCM syndrome integral effect;3.laboratory index;4. Treatment days;5. Average total cost;6. The characteristics of traditional TCM assessment.7. Patient satisfaction.Results:(1) After the treatment of the clinical pathway, the integral of Main syndrome of the diseases、the syndrome symptom score、the total integral of TCM syndromes、 FSH、FSH/LH were obviously decreased, the difference were statistically significant (p<0.05).The level of E2increased significantly, the difference were statistically significant (p<0.05).(2)the average treatment time of the clinical path was82.75days,the average treat costs was Y2123.82,the utilization of the TCM Characteristics was100%,and the ratio of the Patient satisfaction was93.24%. Conclusion:(1) the Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Pathway in Delayed Menorrhea (Decreased Ovarian Reserve) has obvious advantages in adjusting the menstrual cycle, improving the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and the physical and chemical indicators.(2) The clinical pathway can be standard treatment behavior, improve the quality of medical services, reduce treatment costs, shorten treatment time, save health care costs and the clinical efficacy satisfied the patient.
