Clinical Study Of Xianqi Yin On Treating Advanced Menorrhea Of Qi And Yin Deficiency

Objective: To observe the effect of Xianqi Yin in the treatment of Qi and Yin deficiency type advanced menorrhea,and seek the mechanism of action.Methods: 60 cases of Qi and Yin deficiency type advanced menorrhea is divided into: the treatment group(30 cases, with the Xianqi Yin) and the control group(30 cases,compound Difu oral liquid).Observe the two groups before and after treatment in patients with menorrhea,clinical symptoms,improvement of BBT,serum P and scale of follicle.Compare the difference between two groups of effect before and after treatment.Results: The total clinical effective rate of treatment group was 90%,total clinical effective rate of control group was 66.67%, there was a significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05).After treating, mostly TCM symptoms and scale of follicle,there was a significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05).In improving BBT and serum P,there was a significant difference between two groups(P< 0.05).Conclusion :Xianqi Yin on type Qi and Yin deficiency type advanced menorrhea has good curative effect,in improving the menorrhea,symptoms,BBT,serum P and follicle has obvious advantage,probably by promote luteal phase and improve follicular development to achieve the effect of treatment.
