Randomized Controlled Clinical Study On Shenque Fu Xi Bagua Acupuncture Therapy In Treating Constipation After Stroke

Purpose:To observe the Shenque Fu Xi Bagua acupuncture+oral Western Medicine (Fu Song) and simple western medicine (Fu Song) two kinds of methods, effect on constipation after stroke, difference and evaluate its clinical efficacy and to explore its mechanism, provide the optimization scheme is simple and feasible for the treatment of constipation after stroke.Methord:This research adopts randomized controlled clinical research method strictly, to be included in72patients, randomly divided into treatment group (Shenque Fu Xi Bagua acupuncture+drug group) and control group (oral group).2groups were treated for3weeks, weekly for5times a week end, observed after the end of treatment and after treatment was evaluated in fourth and8weeks of constipation symptoms change difference scale and independent defecation frequency.Result:1. The two groups in gender, age, course of disease and constipation (constipation symptoms, including weekly defecation, constipation degree) and other aspects of no difference between the two groups (P>0.05), baseline comparability.2. The two groups were compared before and after treatment in the group:constipation symptom score, weekly defecation two groups were significantly different (P<0.01).3.After3weeks of treatment, compared with between two groups:difficulty in defecation, stool, tenesmus, time does not make sense in four aspects (P<0.05).4.Fourth weeks after treatment follow-up:two groups of difficulty in defecation, stool, tenesmus, time does not make sense, bloating and other symptoms are different (P<0.05), no difference in residual symptoms (P>0.05).5. Eighth weeks after treatment in the two groups were followed:stool, defecation time, bloating and other symptoms are different (P<0.05), no difference in residual symptoms (P>0.05).6. Benefit of health economics treated group is better than the control group.7. The compliance of two groups of patients are good.8. Safety treatment for two groups were better. Conclusion:1. The treatment group and the control group curative effect on constipation after stroke had good2. The treatment group on constipation after apoplexy curative effect is better than that of control group, especially are four aspects as far as possible in the difficult defecation, stool, defecation time, fall.3. The treatment group on post stroke control better effect in long-term constipation group, especially in the five aspects of difficult defecation, stool, defecation time, strong fall endless feeling, defecation frequency.4.Benefit of health economics treated group is better than the control group.5. The compliance of two groups of patients are good.6. Safety treatment for two groups were better.
