Constipation Clinical Efficacy Paste Sticking Shenque Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery For Constipation

Objective:To test the effectiveness of clinical observation, objective evaluation "constipation posted Shenque Application for mixed hemorrhoid surgery catharsis", safety and practicality. Thereby providing a firm and effective promotion and theoretical basis for clinical application of histechnology.Methods:This clinical trial study took randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 160 cases of samples of this experiment are from February 2014-2014 December Hospital of Jilin Province (Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine) Anorectal mixed hemorrhoid surgery inpatients.160 cases were randomly divided into treatment group sample and the control group, the treatment group and the control group of 80 cases. The treatment group received constipation stickers, Day 1, Shenque sticking, constipation posted Ingredients are:rhubarb, sodium sulfate, habitat, Angelica, and other citrus aurantium 10g; Magnolia, peach kernel, safflower, woody, betel other 5g, grind into powder. The control group received placebo group method with the experimental application, five days into the experiment observation period, end of the trial, were unblinded, statistical data, statistical analysis, and finally to make an objective assessment of constipation posted efficacy and safety.Result:The actual total of 160 patients were enrolled patients, including without excluding cases, shedding four cases, the number of cases was 156 cases statistics. The results:the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (85.0% VS52.6%), constipation posted affirmed the validity of prevention of postoperative constipation. During the experiment the experimental eatment of patients, no significant adverse reactions.Conclusions:Clinically, constipation posted Shenque sticking mixed hemorrhoidsurgery can be effective in preventing constipation, dry stools can effectively prevent and shorten the time of defecation, reduce patient suffering, but also safe, reliable and worthy of promotion and application.
