| ObjectiveWe used the way of routine treatment and care in the control group to investiga te the constipation rate and enema rate of mixed hemorrhoids postoperation,while we use d the method of ShenQue acupoint plaster at 5:00 a.m.~7:00 a.m.in the observation group to explore the nursing effect on preventing and treating constipation after mixe d hemorrhoids postoperation,which to provides the basis and guidance for the effective pre vention and treatment of the constipation of mixed hemorrhoids postoperation.Methods110 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each group of 55 cases.We gave the usual care for patients in the control group,while we gave the ShenQue acupoint plaster at 5:00 a.m.~7:00 a.m.in the observation gro up,retained for 2 hours,one times a day,and intervened for 14 days.We recorded t he constipation rate and enema rate,the constipation symptoms and bowel painess bet ween the two groups after the operation of 3 days and 7 days,and compared the life q uality of the two groups of patients after the operation of 14 days.Results1.The constipation rate and enema rate of mixed hemorrhoids in the observation grou p were lower than those in the control group(47.83%vs80%,16.36%vs36.36%).2.The first defecation time between the two groups were with clear difference(t=4.619,P=0.000).3.The item scores of the bowel struggle,bowel quality,defecation time,bowel freq uency and total scores of constipation symptoms were with clear difference between t he two groups after 3 days of the operation(Z=-2.197,P=0.028;Z=-1.983,P=0.047;Z=-3.625,P=0.000;Z=-2.208,P=0.027;Z=-5.062,P=0.000;Z=-2.907,P=0.004),while there was n o statistically significant difference in tenesmus scores between the two groups after3 days of the operation(Z=-0.740,P=0.459).And after 7 days,the item and total scor es of constipation symptoms were both with clear difference between the two groups(Z=-2.218,P=0.027;Z=-1.991,P=0.046;Z=-2.183,P=0.029;Z=-2.015,P=0.044;Z=-2.015,P=0.028;Z=-3.541,P=0.000;Z=-2.663,P=0.008).There were no difference after 14 days of th e operation(Z=-0.811,P=0.417;Z=-0.347,P=0.729;Z=-0.460,P=0.645;Z=-0.971,P=0.332;Z=-0.824,P=0.410;Z=-0.958,P=0.338;Z=-0.017,P=0.986).4.The bowel painess scores were with clear difference after 3 days and 7 days of the operation(t=2.134,P=0.036;t=3.296,P=0.001),but no difference after 14 days of the operation(t=0.233,P=0.816).5.After 14 days of the intervention,there were statistically significant difference s in the item scores of the body discomfort,psycho-social discomfort,worried and anxi ety,satisfaction and total scores of the life quality of the two groups(t=2.406,P=0.018;t=2.835,P=0.006;t=2.009,P=0.048;t=2.683,P=0.009;t=2.032,P=0.046).Conclusion1.The constipation rate and enema rate of mixed hemorrhoids postoperation can be reduced by the ShenQue acupoint plaster at 5:00 a.m.~7:00 a.m..And the ShenQue acup oint plaster at 5:00 a.m.~7:00 a.m.can effectively shorten the first defecation time after t he mixed hemorrhoids postoperation and improve the postoperative constipation symptom s,bowel painess and life quality of patients.2.The effect of The ShenQue acupoint plaster at 5:00 a.m.~7:00 a.m.on the preve ntion and treatment of constipation after mixed hemorrhoids postoperation was good,the op eration was simple,there was no adverse reaction,and patients were easy to accept,so it ha s the value of clinical popularization. |
