Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Constipation After Stroke With Electric Acupuncture Combined With Drug

Object:By observing the curative abdominal acupuncture points cooperate with drug treatment of post-stroke constipation curative effect comparison, to find a solution to the effective treatment of constipation after stroke.Methods:60 patients met the inclusion criteria of constipation after stroke were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group,30 patients in each group. All patients were given basic treatment of stroke disease, on this basis, the treatment group were treated with acupuncture of acupoint, acupuncture combined with them, domperidone; control group in the basic treatment plus oral domperidone treatment alone. After 1 courses of treatment were used in patients with constipation in patients with clinical scores, quality of life evaluation, TCM syndrome score were observed before and after treatment to observe the clinical efficacy.Results:Electroacupuncture acupoint with before and after the drug group and the pure oral medicine group for the treatment of constipation in patients with clinical scores, quality of life of patients with constipation and TCM symptom score had significant difference (p<0.05); Electroacupuncture acupoint combined with drug group was better than the pure oral medicine group, there was significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture points with constipation after stroke has an exact therapeutic effect, and is better than the simple oral western medicine.
