Shanghai from other cities in far away from the family situationof contract nurses, in all sorts of trouble, more is in a state of exhaustion of body andmind, work have also been affected, these are worth the attention of hospitaladministrators and policy makers and thinking.In the face of such situation, the hospital through perfecting in Shanghai for aforeign policy system of contract nurses, improve the condition of the group, is notonly an inevitable trend, is also a realistic demand; Is helpful to arouse the enthusiasmof the group and work enthusiasm, improve the medical service level and quality, isthe inevitable requirement of building a harmonious socialist society.
