Objective: This study is under the background of deepening the reform of medical system,in view of the present situation of Wuhu City three Jiadeng hospital clinical contract nurses' psychological contract and turnover intention are investigated,by contract nurses and nurses' psychological contract dimensions of comparison in the series,analysis of relationship between them,from the Perspective of psychological contract for public hospital managers put forward to strengthen contract nurses working enthusiasm,to reduce turnover rate,for the protection of contract nurses' occupational safety and sense of belonging to provide a reference.Methods: the study subjects were contract nurses,and the nurses were in the control group for the same period.Using the method of questionnaire survey,the questionnaire includes three parts: the basic information survey of the nurses,the psychological contract(the responsibility of the hospital and the responsibility of the nurses)questionnaire and turnover intention questionnaire.Time study for the January may2015 to 2016,adopt stratified random sampling methods which have more than one year working experience of 150 of the contract nurses and 150 in preparing nurses for the questionnaire and survey database is established by data were analyzed using SPSS17.0 software to the Anhui Wuhu City three tertiary hospitals.Results: the contract nurses for the university or college degree in young clinical nurses,assigned to a task is relatively heavy,strength larger departments engaged in the basic nursing work,contract nurses belong to psychological contract unstable type I,nurses in the series belongs to the psychological contract stable type II.Contract nurses in hospital,dimensions: realistic obligation(2.67±1.34),to develop responsibility(2.71 ±1.06),team responsibility(3.13±1.19);nurse responsibility aspects: realistic obligation(1.61±0.81),to develop responsibility(1.73 ±0.78),team responsibility(1.53 ±0.55).In the hospital nurse responsibility dimension series: realistic responsibility(1.76 ±0.89),to develop responsibility(2.03±0.98),team responsibility(239±0.92);nurse responsibility aspects:realistic obligation(1.59±0.83).The development of liability(2.26±0.73),team responsibility(1.48±0.54),contract nurses turnover intention in general higher than nurses in the series,the dimensions of the contract nurses' psychological contract and turnover intention have a moderate degree of correlation,which development responsibility in the responsibility of the hospital team responsibility(0.532)dimension correlation coefficient is high.The contract system nurse psychological contract hospital responsibility part is influenced by age and working age factor,the turnover intention is affected by age,working age,education and professional title and so on.Conclusion: the contract nurses' psychological contract fulfill degree is high,turnover intention is lower,the various dimensions of psychological contract and turnover intention have moderate degree of correlation,age,working years of contract nurses psychological contract hospitals,dimension,age,work experience,education background,professional title directly affect turnover intention of contract nurses.
