Purpose:The purpose of this study is to survey make nursing the psychological contract ofnurses and analyze the correlation of turnover intention, analysis how to apply thepsychological contract to reduce the nurse to recruit make leave, Specifically, thisresearch purpose has the following:(1)Clear current clinical nurses in the psychological contract and the presentsituation of the turnover intention;(2) Clear psychological contract and turnover intention relationship;(3)To understand the nurse the psychological contract broken related factors;(4) Discusses the influence of the psychological contract nurses, the bad degree(5)For nursing managers formulates target-oriented reduce turnover intention ofcontract nurses measures to provide the theory basis.Methods:In the study, the theoretical analysis and the way of the combination of thequestionnaire survey, three hundred and sixty nurses were investigated by aquestionnaire. Contract nurses in the3A-level General Hospital in Changchun, JilinProvince were studied in this study. Using Excel office software and Spss13.0statistical software analyze data. The following results were reached.Results:(1) The nurses to recruit make formal at the nurse perceive the psychologicalcontract organization duty degree are low level, two groups of the lowest scoreddimension is real responsibility and team responsibility. Hire the nurse is leavingintend to a higher level in.(2) The psychological contract and the nurse to recruit make dimension and leftthe significant positive relationship between will.(3) To recruit make nurse perceive the psychological contract organization dutydegree and age, length of service of the highest degree, and the title is related to suchfactors.Conclusions: This research shows that, contract nurses’ psychological contract affect turn overintention significantly. Therefore, this research suggests nursing management if wantto reduce the nurse to recruit make leave should begin to improve to recruit make thepsychological contract of nurse score.
