The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis With Acupuncture And Acupuncture Point Injection Ganglioside

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect on peripheral facial paralysis withacupuncture and acupuncture point injection ganglioside, and preliminaryly discuss themechanism, in order to seek scientific and effective solutions of treatment ofperipheralfacial paralysis of with acupuncture.Method: In123cases of peripheral facial paralysis patients, according to1:1,62cases were random divided into observation group and contrast group in61cases.Eventually the two groups of60patients completed the study. The observation group weregiven acupuncture and acupoint injection ganglioside and simple acupuncture treatment incontrast group. The two groups of patients,symptoms integral were assessed and curativeeffect were compared after40days of treatment.Results: The symptoms integral of two groups after treatment have significantdifference (P <0.05),it explain the observation group improve facial paralysis symptomsdegree is obviously superior to the contrast group. The observation group cure rate was55.00%, the more explicit rate was88.33%, the comparison group31.67%cure rate, themore explicit rate was55.00%, after statistic processing have significant difference (P<0.05),it show that acupuncture and acupuncture point injection ganglioside therapy cansignificantly improve the cure rate and the explicit rate. Contrast the two groups behind thetreatment of nervous function classification, two groups have significant difference (P<0.05), and it explain the observation group improve facial nerve function degree isobviously superior to the contrast group. At last, through comparing the two sets of patients in the days, there is significant difference (P <0.05),and it show that theobservation group,average days is less than the contrast groups.Conclusion: Acupuncture and acupuncture point injection ganglioside therapy andsimple acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis patient all has good curative effect, andacupuncture and acupuncture point injection ganglioside is obviously superior to thesimple acupuncture therapy. Acupuncture andacupuncture point injection ganglioside canobviously improve the curative effect of treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
