Shoulder-hand Syndrome "in The Shoulder Three Acupoint Injection Therapy For Stroke Clinical Research

Object: Evaluate the clinic effect of the injection on the shoulder 3points to treat the Shoulder-Hand Syndrome after wind stroke and apply a better and more effective method for the disease.Method: use the random, contrast and single blind research method to divide the patients into 2 groups. There are 69patients who finished the whole possession and 3 lost. The contrast group was given the pure acupuncture method whereas the treatment group, on the basis of the pure acupuncture, was given the injection on the caput longum tendon of the M. biceps brachii, the tenderness point on the shoulder and under the extremitas acromialis by the Prednisone and Lidocaine. the main points are GB20, SJ14, LI14, LI10, SJ5, LI4, GB31, GB34, ST36, ST41.The treatment course is: in the first week, acupuncture is once everyday and continue 5days, then pause 2days. From the second to the forth week, 3times once a week and continue 4weeks, the total is 14times. Use the measure of nerve function defect grade in the wind stroke, score evaluation of the shoulder disease, hand function evaluation to evaluate the effect of the fore-and-aft the treatment.Result: The baseline analysis: The compare of the gender, age, the impairment of the nerve function, shoulder disease and the palm and the fingers function score before treating is comparable (P>0. 05). After treating the compare of the nerve function score, there is no recovery, 16 apparently effect, 17effect, 3 no effect, the total effect rate is 91.67% about treatment group; whereas there is no recovery, 6 apparently effect, 24 effect, 6 no effect, the total effect rate is 83.33% about contrast group; It is markedly different about the apparently effect rate and the total effect rate (P<0. 05) .
